LAUREL APARTMENT IN JAVEA
Apartment Laurel is a luxurious and modern apartment with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has a perfect location and access to a shared swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. The beach, the boulevard with restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The complex has a fitness room and a tennis club within walking distance. 2 golf courses can be reached within a few kilometers. The apartment has a spacious balcony adjacent to the living room and 2 more balconies on the floor. The location of apartment Laurel is ideal for families, all amenities are within walking distance of apartment Laurel.
LAUREL APARTMENT LAYOUT
Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is suitable for 6 people. You get out at the front door via a spacious hall and comfortable elevator. The apartment has a tastefully decorated living room with dining area and direct access to the spacious sunny balcony with lounge set and dining table. The cozy living/dining room is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle and a wide selection of kitchen utensils. An iron and ironing board are also available.
On the "ground" floor there is bedroom 1: 1 double bed. The associated bathroom has a bath with integrated shower, toilet and sink. On the upper floor there is: bedroom 2: 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with private bathroom, shower, toilet and sink. In addition, all bedrooms have air conditioning (hot/cold) and spacious fitted wardrobes for all your clothing. The 3rd bathroom is also located on the upper floor and has a bath and shower. All beds are box spring beds.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF APARTMENT LAUREL
Apartment Laurel has a communal swimming pool and children's pool in a beautifully landscaped garden. Apartment Laurel has an underground private parking space. There is also ample parking on the street near the apartment.
There are 2 sunbeds in the apartment that you can use for poolside.

Beach (Arenal) 600 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, center Javea 1.5 km, Valencia airport 123 km, Alicante airport 99.5 km.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
PARTICULARITIES:
– Minimum stay of 7 nights.
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. Arrival and departure are possible in the other months
on every day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights in between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Apartment Laurel suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March, winter rental is € 1,500 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee.
