LAYOUT VILLA COSTA PALMA
This stylish holiday home owned by Dutch hosts includes a (heated) private pool on the Costa Blanca, where Mediterranean charm meets modern simplicity. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living space with wooden accents in harmony with Spanish character. There is a living room with a comfortable seating area and a cosy dining area, ideal for relaxing together.
The modern and inviting kitchen is sleekly finished and fully equipped with a Siemens dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, combi-oven, Nespresso machine and a 4-burner induction hob. There is also filtered tap water and several appliances—such as a toaster and smoothie maker—from SMEG. The dining area invites you to enjoy a long breakfast or a delicious dinner. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, creating a sense of calm and spaciousness.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. High-quality beds have been chosen for all rooms. On the first floor are two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
– Bedroom 1 has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a wonderful balcony.
– Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00).
– Bedroom 4 has two single beds (90 x 2.00).
All four bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Under the atmospheric Naya, you can spend long summer evenings enjoying a cosy dinner prepared on the barbecue. Or unwind in peace on the spacious rooftop terrace with sea and valley views—a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery late into the evening. All around the villa you’ll find inviting seating areas to relax, read a book or simply enjoy the silence.
Parking is available on site for one car or on the quiet street directly next to the house.
Tip nearby: within 3 km you’ll find a beautiful golf course! The Costa Blanca is known for its excellent golf courses—there are five close to this villa!

A refundable damage deposit of €400 applies. This must be paid well before arrival. You will receive a single email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminders will be sent.
We use Swikly, a secure online system specialising in processing deposits by credit card. The deposit is arranged in a secure environment and does not affect your credit limit. Charges are only made in the event of proven damage.

WINTER RENTAL
Villa Costa Palma is suitable for winter stays. Temperatures on the Costa Blanca are wonderfully mild during the winter months. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated via central heating and, if needed, air conditioning. Winter rates for stays of 4 weeks or more are available on request. Winter rental is possible for up to 8 weeks, and a mid-stay cleaning with fresh bedlinen and towels is mandatory. Winter rates exclude mid-stay cleaning, final cleaning, linen, towels, heating costs and service fees. For the latest rates and availability, feel free to contact us.

A stay of 10 nights or fewer is considered tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered short-term rental according to Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which a short-term rental contract must be signed prior to arrival.
