Villa Costa Palma is a lovely holiday home for the whole family, where you can enjoy your private swimming pool and beautiful sea views. Everything in this completely renovated and furnished villa has been designed to offer a sense of calm, warmth and luxury, a place where you can slow down and truly unwind.

This stylish holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca combines Mediterranean charm with modern simplicity.
Inside, you will find a bright, open-plan living area with wooden accents that perfectly complement the Spanish charm. There is a living room with a comfortable seating area and a cosy dining area, ideal for relaxing together.
The modern kitchen is sleekly finished and fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a 4-burner hob. The dining area invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a delicious dinner. Large windows bring in the outside light and create a feeling of peace and space.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with their own adjoining bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and two adjoining bathrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a lovely balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have double beds (1.80 x 2.00). Bedroom 4 has two single beds (90 x 2.00). All four bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.
The villa has Wi-Fi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA COSTA PALMA
Enjoy the wonderful outdoor life at Villa Costa Palma, surrounded by palm trees in a beautifully landscaped, fully enclosed garden. Centrally located is the private swimming pool, surrounded by four sun loungers and a refreshing outdoor shower.
Under the atmospheric Naja, you can spend long summer evenings enjoying a cosy dinner prepared on the barbecue. Or enjoy the silence on the spacious roof terrace with views of the sea and the valley, a lovely place to enjoy the view until late in the evening. All around the villa, you will find lovely places to sit and relax, read a book or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
Parking is available on site, with space for one car, or in the quiet street directly adjacent to the house.
Tip in the neighbourhood: there is a beautiful golf course less than 3 km away!

DEPOSIT
A deposit of €400 applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will be sent.
To ensure the deposit is processed smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specialises in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to pay the deposit well in advance of your arrival. The deposit will only be debited in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs must be paid in cash on site. These costs are not included in the rental price: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made: €345
WINTER RENTAL
Villa Costa Palma is suitable for winter stays. Winter rentals are available from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by central heating and air conditioning if required. The winter rate for stays of 4 weeks or more is negotiable. Winter rentals are available for a maximum of 8 weeks, with mid-stay cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. Winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs and service charges. For the most recent rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.
