CASA LOS MOROS VAKANTIEHUIS IN MORAIRA
This spacious villa for 8 people with private pool is located a short distance from the beautiful bay of El Portet. Casa los Moros, located in the greenery, has a fresh and modern interior and has a beautiful view of the surroundings from the large balcony. The naja with large dining table invites you to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner together for hours, interspersed with a dip in the adjacent swimming pool. With family or friends on holiday, this is a very suitable holiday home for a successful stay on the Costa Blanca !

LAYOUT CASA DE MOROS IN MORAIRA
Via the stairs you reach the spacious terrace of the upper floor and you enter the spacious holiday home through the French doors. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso machine. There is a 4-person dining area. The living room has a sitting area with Dutch TV, fireplace and music system. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: also has a double bed (180x200cm) Bedroom 3: has 2 x a single bed (90x200cm). There is one separate bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The spacious balcony has a seating and dining area.
The ground floor: From the naja you enter the kitchen of the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine. There is a 4-person dining area. Bedroom 4: has a double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 5: has a double bed (160x200) and is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE OF CASA DE MOROS IN MORAIRA
The spacious naja is a nice place for the whole family, whether you want to relax on the lounge sofa, play a game at the table or just read a book in the shade, it's all possible. There is a separate toilet with shower. To the right of the naja is the garden with a roof where there is a lounge set. If you don't want to eat out, you can also use the gas BBQ. Around the kidney-shaped swimming pool (approximately 7x4 m and 1.80 deep) there are 8 sunbeds. There is a carport suitable for 1 car, other cars can be parked on the road.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
Reduced rate up to 6 people: Casa Los Moros you rent outside the high season (July & August) at a reduced rate. The prices in the table are up to 6 persons. From 7 persons there is a surcharge. When booking up to 6 people (from 2 years) you may use the whole house, both upstairs and downstairs. Children under 2 years do not count in the occupancy.
There are 5 bedrooms, but use of the holiday home with 10 people is on request.
We recommend renting a car at this destination.

To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Los Moros is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 2595 per 4 weeks. Only the upper floor can be used. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Even the kitchen knives are of good quality, which we have never seen anywhere else, beautiful tableware and more than enough for a large group. We think it is worth mentioning that the colourful “art” on the walls pleasantly surprised us and the handmade ceramic works on the wall give this house a personal touch (Milou).

Zelfs de keukenmessen zijn van goede kwaliteit, dat hebben we nog nergens zo gehad, mooi servies en van alles meer dan voldoende voor een groot gezelschap, wij vinden het de moeite waard om ook nog even te vermelden dat de kleurrijke “kunst” aan de wanden ons aangenaam verrast heeft en de handgemaakt keramiek werken aan de muur geven dit huis een persoonlijke touch (Milou)

We’ve fallen a little in love with this fresh and modern decorated holiday home in Moraira. The Dutch owners have really done a great job; Villa La Siësta is a top-notch holiday home in a very central location close to all amenities and the most beautiful beaches. This comfortable villa with private pool is just 1.5 km from the Cala Baladrar bay, a lovely little beach away from the crowds. For more entertainment, follow the beautiful coastal road to the charming and small-scale village of Moraira, just 4 km away.

Two complete living floors
The fully fenced property of Villa La Siësta with private pool is enclosed by a gate. From the entrance you enter the grounds of this beautiful villa. A lovely lounge area has been created, and with a few steps you reach the terrace of the upper floor. This terrace features a dining area and a stunning view with the sea in the distance.
The open kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and fridge with separate freezer compartment. The living room is very comfortable and decorated in a fresh, modern style with a seating area, fireplace, television with Dutch channels (NLZiet), dining area, and ceiling fan. Through the French doors you reach the pleasant terrace.

Back via the terrace and down a staircase you reach the pool area and the outdoor bar, and here you will also find the entrance to the fully equipped downstairs apartment. The living room is also beautifully decorated, with a television with Dutch channels (NLZiet) and an open connection to the seating area and open kitchen, again with all necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, and oven.

The second bathroom has been completely renovated and features a shower, toilet, and washbasin. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Through the back door in the downstairs bedroom you have direct access to the covered lounge area with dining table and garden with hammock. From the living/dining area you can reach the outdoor space with the pool and covered dining area via French doors.
The two living floors are not connected internally; each has its own entrance.
There is also a separate room with a washing machine available for use.

A wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life with family or friends. The garden is spacious yet cosy. Right in front of the house, the private pool takes centre stage. Around the pool are modern sunbeds, a parasol, and side tables. The outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue guarantees long and warm summer evenings. The garden is beautifully landscaped with trees and plants, and an automatic misting system is installed to keep mosquitoes away. Behind the house, a completely renovated relaxation area awaits. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Along the side of the villa, in the quiet dead-end street, you can park your car. Villa La Siësta is a unique holiday home for the whole family or larger groups.

VILLA IBIZA STYLE HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This holiday home in Moraira offers plenty of space inside and outside. Villa Ibiza Style has an abundance of which makes it very child-friendly. The pool of Villa Ibiza Style can be heated at an additional cost during the off-peak season from half April to June and in September and October. This is a luxury in the colder months when the water is still rather cool. Basicaly you arrived in a small paradise. The interior is beautiful with various wood accents, colorful accessories and design furniture. LAYOUT VILLA IBIZA STYLE
The villa is on one level. Through the spacious patio door you enter the attractive living room with open kitchen. There is a fireplace, a nice sofa, satellite television with special children's channels in addition to almost all international channels, table and luxury armchairs. The kitchen is modern with a microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, 3-burner electric hob and plenty of kitchen utensils.
Through the hall with you reach the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms, both with a double bed, are located at the front of the villa with access to the sunny terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and ample wardrobe space. Almost all beds are 1.90 m, although the beds in the twin bedroom are 2 m. There are two modern bathrooms with rain shower, toilet and two spacious washbasins. The huge sliding door to the terrace provides a lot of light. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA IBIZA STYLE
The terrace at the front of the villa is perhaps the finest spot of Villa Ibiza Style. this gives you a breathtaking panoramic sea view. This is one of the most popular places to read a book or drink a wine with family and friends. Outside you will also find a spacious outdoor kitchen with dining area, private pool, outdoor shower and a covered lounge set so you can sit back and enjoy this dream villa. Relax by the lovely swimming pool equiped with a parasol, sun beds and a covered lounge area. There is also a nice barbecue.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Ibiza Style is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa uses air conditioning (hot/cold) and a pellet stove for heating. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. You consume approx. 1 bag per day. Price indication for the winter period is € 3500,- per 4 weeks. Stay is a maximum of 4 weeks. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
