VILLA FLORENCIA HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA
Green greener greenest. That is what stands out when you walk onto the grounds of this beautiful detached villa. Because the villa is located along a green strip, the prevailing feeling is: peace. This recently fully renovated, modern furnished villa is suitable for 6 people and is located in a pleasant villa neighbourhood, it has various terraces, a veranda, a private swimming pool and a beautiful large garden with palm and fruit trees.
Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves, the famous golf course Club de Golf Ifach is just a 5-minute drive away.
LAYOUT OF VILLA FLORENCIA
Villa Florencia is suitable for six people and consists of 2 living levels. You park on your own, well-secured terrain with space for 1 car. You walk via the swimming pool to the covered terrace where the front door is located. There is a modern furnished living room with seating area, dining area and open kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hot air oven, 4-burner induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a pellet stove. There is a smart TV (log in via your own streaming service on the TV) and there is a Sonos system throughout the villa, where you can play music via WiFi with your Spotify account or other music account.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets and a laundry room. Spacious bedroom 1 with large double boxspring (180x210), built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with double boxspring (160x200), built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin, toilet and an electric bathroom radiator. Separate toilet and separate room for the washing machine and dryer.
Through the dining room, you go via a staircase to the 1st floor. On this floor, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with air conditioning and a double boxspring bed (160x200) and the 2nd en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and an electric bathroom radiator. From the bedroom, you'll find the door to the spacious adjacent roof terrace.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA FLORENCIA
The fully enclosed terrain offers privacy and is oriented towards the southwest. The owners have ensured that you can spend many pleasant hours outdoors. The swimming pool is centrally located with 6 sun loungers, 3 parasols, and an outdoor shower around it. From the covered terrace with a large dining table, you have a view of the swimming pool. A delightful place to spend hours dining together. Next to the house, there is another large terrace with a seating area and a gas barbecue. By the swimming pool, you can walk down a few steps to the rest of the slightly lower garden. Here, beautiful plants, palm trees, and fruit trees stand.

– In the period from July to August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months, we have flexible arrival and departure days. Ask us about the possibilities.

A deposit of € 400,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the settlement of the deposit in a proper manner, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance of arrival. Deduction only occurs in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Florencia is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from 1 November to 31 March. The house is heated by air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area. In the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) costing € 0.40 per kWh. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bedding and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. A stay equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.

Our stay at Villa Florencia was truly fantastic. The villa is beautifully decorated in a calm Japandi boho style, with great attention to detail. Everything is just right: the colours, materials and the lovely connection between indoors and outdoors.
The large, enclosed garden was an absolute bonus for us. Ideal with our dog and a lovely place to spend time outdoors, even in winter. Even on cloudy days, it was nice to sit here. The house is also very suitable for a longer stay: comfortable, well heated with air conditioning and a pellet stove, and equipped with good Wi-Fi, which made it perfect for remote working. The location is quiet but central, with nice places and beaches in the area. We immediately felt at home here. In our opinion, Villa Florencia is a perfect place to spend the winterstay longer on the Costa Blanca. Highly recommended. |

Ons verblijf in Villa Florencia was echt fantastisch. De villa is prachtig ingericht in een rustige Japandi boho stijl, met veel aandacht voor detail. Alles klopt: de kleuren, materialen en de fijne verbinding tussen binnen en buiten.

Ons verblijf in Villa Florencia was echt fantastisch. De villa is prachtig ingericht in een rustige Japandi boho stijl, met veel aandacht voor detail. Alles klopt: de kleuren, materialen en de fijne verbinding tussen binnen en buiten.
De grote, omheinde tuin was voor ons een absolute meerwaarde. Ideaal met onze hond en een heerlijke plek om veel buiten te zijn, ook in de winter. Zelfs op bewolkte dagen was het fijn om hier te zitten. Het huis is daarnaast zeer geschikt voor een langer verblijf: comfortabel, goed verwarmd met airco’s en een pelletkachel, en voorzien van goede wifi, wat het perfect maakte voor remote werken. De ligging is rustig maar centraal, met fijne plaatsen en stranden in de omgeving. We hebben ons hier meteen thuis gevoeld. Villa Florencia is wat ons betreft een perfecte plek om te overwinteren of langer te verblijven aan de Costa Blanca. Absoluut een aanrader. |

We waren de eerste gasten in Villa Florencia en hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad. De villa is modern en sfeervol ingericht (met goede bedden!). Er is een grote volledig afgesloten tuin waardoor ons hondje niet weg kon lopen. Echt super. Alles is see more
We waren de eerste gasten in Villa Florencia en hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad. De villa is modern en sfeervol ingericht (met goede bedden!). Er is een grote volledig afgesloten tuin waardoor ons hondje niet weg kon lopen. Echt super. Alles is verder in de buurt: supermarkt, stranden, restaurants op korte afstand. Fijn ook dat de auto afgesloten op eigen terrein kan staan. We gaan graag een keertje terug.
