During the day, there’s only one question: sun lounger or swimming pool? Take a refreshing dip in your heated private pool, relax on the luxurious Bali bed with a good book, or find a shady spot with a cool glass of wine. Everything is allowed, nothing is compulsory.

The villa features a spacious driveway with parking for two cars. You reach the property via the garden; the house comprises two storeys.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and forms the heart of the home, perfect for long dinners and cosy mornings. On arrival, the fridge is already waiting for you, stocked with a variety of chilled drinks – a warm welcome that instantly enhances that holiday feeling. This kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other things, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill plate, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, hand blender and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The bright, circular living room invites you to gather together, whilst the large windows provide a seamless connection to the outdoors. The living room features a television with Dutch channels, air conditioning, a music system and a lovely sofa to sink into, or to enjoy a drink with friends until the early hours.
With four comfortable bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, there is plenty of space for family and friends. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and offers a luxurious, private retreat where you can unwind and relax. Three bedrooms are equipped with a television, so everyone can enjoy their own downtime. For the ultimate sleeping experience and a wonderful night’s sleep, all bedrooms are fitted with comfortable beds from a Swedish manufacturer, with the option to choose between firm or soft pillows.

Security deposit
A security deposit of €500 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well in advance of the start of your stay. You will receive a one-off email with a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will be sent.
To ensure the deposit is processed smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialising in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to settle the deposit well in advance of your arrival. The deposit will only be debited in the event of demonstrable damage to the property.
Winter rentals
Villa del Sabio is ideal for a winter stay. The temperatures on the Costa Blanca are lovely at this time of year. Winter rentals are available from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated via central heating and, where necessary, air conditioning. The winter rate for stays of 4 weeks or more is subject to agreement. Winter rentals are available for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim clean and change of bed linen and towels being mandatory. Winter rates do not include mid-stay cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs and service charges. Please feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date rates and availability.

A stay of 10 nights or fewer is considered a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered a short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which you must sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.

The villa is beautifully styled, cosily furnished and very well equipped. There’s a lovely outdoor area with an outdoor kitchen, various seating areas, some of which are shaded, a lovely swimming pool with soft sun loungers and a beautiful covered cabana. Both the villa and the outdoor area were spotlessly clean and well maintained. On arrival, there was a huge welcome hamper on the table, filled with all sorts of useful items and treats for a carefree stay, and the (wine) fridge was stocked with even more delicacies. On the third day, we received a delicious breakfast from the owner, prepared and delivered by Kim. A real treat and a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you very much for the lovely stay, the good communication with Casita Travel, and the warm welcome we hope to return here again one day. |

Let me start at the beginning: after hours of scrolling through listings, I couldn’t see the forest for the trees… I saw beautiful houses with terrible interiors, and I was driven crazy by all the listings that—after endlessly filling out forms—turned out to be unavailable on the dates I wanted,that were for 20 people even though I’d clearly specified that just the two of us were coming, and so on and so forth
Then a video popped up on TikTok, and I thought, “Yes, this is exactly what I’m looking for!” I watched it again and again and looked up your contact information. Hallelujah—actually a phone number I could call! 😁 From that moment on, planning a vacation became fun again. You guys were incredibly helpful I explained what I was looking for, received clear explanations about the options, and you listened and gave advice based on our preferences. We decided on Villa del Sabio (hope I spelled that right), and within an hour I had the confirmation, along with extra photos and additional information regarding arrival times and such. Given our flight times, those arrival times weren’t possible, but you were incredibly flexible, so that wasn’t a problem. Once we arrived in Benissa, your on-site manager gave us a tour of the villa. It was brief, to the point, and clear—exactly what you’d want after a hectic flight with delays. It was also very reassuring to be told that we could always call if we had a problemquestion. Really great. The villa itself was even more beautiful than in the photos and videos everything was beautifully styled and absolutely nothing was missing—from a corkscrew to a baking sheet, the gorgeous BBQ, the outdoor kitchen, and even the well-stocked fridge (delicious rosé)—amazing! Most importantly, though, I found that everything was absolutely spotless and fresh—kudos to the cleaning staff. Wonderful! By the pool, there was a lovely Bali Bed and seating areas everywhere—heavenly. Even without being in the middle of nowhere, there was more than enough privacy, which was a real plus. The next day, a delightful surprise in the form of a delicious breakfast that looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. Kudos to the lady—I’ll have to look up her name—but I’ll definitely be sending her some online compliments for the breakfast she so thoughtfully prepared. We felt wonderfully pampered it was truly special and kind, and I’d like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to the owner of this villa for this thoughtful gesture. I can’t help but say that we thoroughly enjoyed everything and would definitely come back. For this reason, we extended our stay on the spot (fortunately, that was possible), and we made that decision as early as day two. We were actually planning to travel on to Ibiza, but we felt so at home right away that we decided to stay in Benissa a little longer. We haven’t regretted it for a second. The surroundings were lovely, the villa was beautiful, and the service was perfect. After a very busy period, we wanted some peace and quiet, to relax and unwind. Thanks |

Quick and easy communication with the manager, Stefan.
It was lovely to find some drinks and snacks waiting for us on arrival.
As the very first guests, everything was simply perfect.
We had a wonderful 10 days as a family.

Van de eerste tot de laatste minuut genoten van deze prachtige villa Del Sabio in Benissa.

Van de eerste tot de laatste minuut genoten van deze prachtige villa Del Sabio in Benissa.
De villa is prachtig gestyled en gezellig ingericht en zeer volledig. Prachtige buitenruimte met buitenkeuken, verschillende en ook schaduwrijke zitjes, heerlijk zwembad met zachte ligbedden en een mooi overdekte cabana. Zowel de villa als de buitenruimte was super schoon, en goed onderhouden. Bij binnenkomst stond er een enorme welkomstmand gevuld met allerlei nuttigs en lekkers voor een zorgeloos verblijf op tafel en was de (wijn)koelkast gevuld met nog meer lekkers. De derde dag ontvingen we van de eigenaar, gemaakt en bezorgd door Kim, een heerlijk ontbijtje. Op en top verwennerij en zeer sympathiek. Hartelijk dank voor het fijne verblijf, de goede communicatie met Casita Travel, het vriendelijke ontvangst en we hopen hier nog een keer terug te komen. |

Laat ik beginnen bij het begin en dat is dat ik na uren scrollen naar woningen door de bomen het bos niet meer zag...
Ik zag prachtige huizen met een verschrikkelijke inrichting, werd dol van alle huizen waarbij de melding,- na eindeloos data invullesee more

Ik zag prachtige huizen met een verschrikkelijke inrichting, werd dol van alle huizen waarbij de melding,- na eindeloos data invullen - aangaven dat de uitgezochte woning niet beschikbaar was op die datum, woningen voor 20 personen terwijl ik toch echt aangaf met z’n tweetjes te willen komen enz. enz Vervolgens kwam er een filmpje op tik-tok voorbij waarbij ik dacht, ja dit is wat ik zoek! Keek nog een keertje en nog een keertje en zocht jullie gegevens op. Halleluja, zowaar een telefoonnummer waar ik naar toe kon bellen 😁 Vanaf dat moment werd vakantie plannen weer leuk. Ik ben enorm goed door jullie geholpen, ik heb uitgelegd wat ik zocht, kreeg duidelijke uitleg over de opties er werd geluisterd en advies gegeven op basis van onze voorkeuren. Villa del Sabio ( hoop dat ik het goed schrijf ) zou het worden en binnen een uur had ik de bevestiging, nog extra foto’s en extra informatie m.b.t aankomsttijden e.d Gezien onze vluchttijden waren deze tijden niet mogelijk, maar jullie waren enorm flexibel en dat was dus geen probleem. Eenmaal aangekomen in Benissa werden we rondgeleid door de villa door jullie beheerder ter plekke. Kort krachtig en helder, precies zoals je dat zou willen na een hectische vliegreis met vertraging. Het was ook heel prettig dat er werd aangegeven dat we altijd konden bellen met een probleem of vraag. Echt super. De villa zelf was nog veel mooier dan op de foto’s en filmpjes, alles was prachtig gestyled en werkelijk niets ontbrak, van kurkentrekker tot bakplaat, de prachtige bbq, buitenkeuken tot de gevulde koelkast aan toe ( heerlijke rose) geweldig! Het allerbelangrijkste vond ik echter dat alles werkelijk smetteloos schoon en fris was, complimenten aan de dames/ heren van de cleaning. Heerlijk ! Aan het zwembad een heerlijk Bali Bed overal zitjes, zalig. Zonder in de middle of nowhere te zitten meer dan genoeg privacy, ook een echte pré. Volgende dag een heerlijke verrassing in de vorm van een heerlijk ontbijtje dat er prachtig uitzag en heerlijk smaakte. Complimenten voor deze dame waarvan ik de naam even moet opzoeken maar nog zeker wat online complimenten ga sturen voor haar met zorg samengestelde ontbijtje. Voelden ons heerlijk verwend, echt bijzonder aardig en bij deze enorm bedankt voor de eigenaar van deze villa voor deze sympathieke geste. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat alles ons enorm goed is bevallen en voor herhaling vatbaar. Om deze reden hebben we ons verblijf ter plekke verlengd ( dat kon gelukkig ) en die beslissing hebben we al op dag twee genomen. Eigenlijk zouden we doorreizen naar Ibiza, maar we vonden het meteen al zo prettig aanvoelen dat we ervoor gekozen hebben wat langer in Benissa te blijven. We hebben er geen seconde spijt van gehad. De omgeving was leuk, de villa prachtig en de service perfect. Na een hele drukke periode wilden we rust, ontspannen en vooral geen stress en dat is perfect gelukt.
