FINCA FLOR DEL ALMENDRO IN ALCALALÍ - JALÓN VALLEY
Finca Flor del Almendro is a detached holiday villa with a traditional Spanish character with Moorish influences and a private salt water swimming pool. A saltwater swimming pool has a natural way of disinfecting. It does not taste or feel like seawater and has only a mild salty taste. It feels softer than sea and chlorinated water. A swimming pool with salt water is cleaned with special swimming pool salt. This is added to a saltwater system which then converts it into chlorine. This is better for your health and the environment.
The finca is located in the beautiful Jalón Valley near the village of Alcalalí. Via a long driveway you reach the estate where you will be surprised by the peace, space and the fantastic view of the mountains and the Spanish landscape. The finca is located on a large estate (45,000 m²) in the interior of the Costa Blanca. Yet you are only 20/30 minutes away from the sandy beaches and beautiful bays of the pleasant seaside resorts of Moraira and Javéa. In the nearby towns of Alcalalí and Xaló you will find a supermarket and various restaurants.

LAYOUT FINCA FLOR DEL ALMENDRO
You enter the house through the authentic wooden doors, here you will find a cozy living room with a sitting area, smart TV and Bluetooth speakers. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped, such as fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher. When the weather is nice, you can open the 2 large wooden doors present to create the ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling. On the ground floor, next to the kitchen/living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an open bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. Bedroom 1: double bed Bedroom 2: 2 x a single bed. On the mezzanine is a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.
OUTDOOR LIVING AT FINCA FLOR DEL ALMENDRO
At the front of the holiday villa is a large veranda which borders on a large saltwater swimming pool. Finca Flor del Almendro is surrounded by a large terrace with various seating areas, sun beds and a real outdoor bar. At the rear (with a view of the valley and the village) a nice contrast has been created by an Indian-style roof. Shady spots are widely available as well as an outdoor shower and toilet. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. You can enjoy the peace, space and view of the surroundings from morning to evening.
The finca is about 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the village of Alcalalí, a nice little Spanish village with several restaurants and a bakery. Our local managers will be happy to advise you on which restaurants will suit your needs. A large supermarket can be found in Xalo, about 7 minutes drive from the finca.

Very nice people who are ready for you. Everything was right in and around the villa, nice clean rooms with beautifully made beds, everything was there what we needed. We could use everything. A beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor bar which we made good use of, a bocce court, lovely hammocks. We enjoyed ourselves very much, it was a wonderful vacation. Definitely recommend going here . |

We hebben heel erg genoten van het huis, de prachtige omgeving, het heerlijke zwembad en alle lekkere verwennerijen! Het was ontzettend gezellig met Pip die af en toe eens kwam langslopen om gedag te zeggen ) We komen zeker terug!

Eind september hebben wij voor 2 weken een prachtige villa via casita travel geboekt.
Finca flor del almendro , wat een heerlijke vakantie hebben wij samen met ons gezin gehad.

Hele fijne mensen die voor je klaar staan. Alles klopte in en om de villa, mooie schone kamers met mooi opgemaakte bedden , alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. We konden overal gebruik van maken. Een mooi zwembad met een buiten bar waar we goed gebruik van hebben gemaakt, een jeu de boules baan, heerlijke hangmatten. We hebben volop genoten , het was een heerlijke vakantie. Zeker een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan . |

De ligging, het zwembad, de mooie inrichting. Alles was zo smaakvol, en straalt een bijzondere sfeer uit. Dankzij de goede zorgen, gastvrijheid, verwennerijen uit de moestuin, het heerlijke ontbijt en de speciale laatste avond voetbal EK waar het zo see more

And just 19 km from the most beautiful beaches. What a fantastic view from the terrace with a cosy veranda. Here you can enjoy the green surroundings at any time of the day. Because green is what you'll find in the hinterland of the sunny Costa Blanca North. Villa Valle Hermoso is a delightful holiday home where everyone has plenty of space. This beautiful detached holiday home with a private swimming pool is located just a bit higher than all other houses, giving you a panoramic view of the Jalon valley and the village of Xálo. Restaurants, shops and supermarket can be found 2.2 km away in the village. Jalon is known for its beautiful walking and cycling routes. If you love wine, don't forget to visit one of the bodegas. 19 to 25 km from the house are the beautiful resorts of Moraira and Jávea with fine sandy beaches, idyllic bays, lovely harbours and water sports opportunities.
Layout of Villa Valle Hermoso
Villa Valle Hermoso consists of 3 floors. You park on your own grounds with space for 3 cars. Via a terrace and steps you walk to the front door and enter the hallway. From the hallway you have access to a separate toilet, the upper floor, kitchen, living room and terrace with that phenomenal view.
The living room has a cosy seating area with a pellet stove, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a dining area with a table for 6 people, and there is a smart TV available (including NLZiet and Netflix). You can also log in to your own streaming service on the TV.
Via the dining area, you walk to the covered terrace (Naja) which is equipped with an open fireplace, electrically operated wind screen and a round table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy a long meal with family and friends or simply enjoy the stunning view in complete silence!
The separate kitchen is very comprehensively equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5-burner gas hob, coffee maker (Nespresso). From the kitchen, you also have a beautiful view over the valley.
1st floor:
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with balcony, a double bed (180 x 210 cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan, a TV and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The second bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA VALLE HERMOSO
We can't stop talking about the amount of space and the unimaginably fine view of the greenery, the valley, and the mountains.
Arriving through the electric gate, you come, via your own driveway, to the parking area with space for 3 cars.
Via a few steps, you reach the terrace, equipped with a terrace table with 4 chairs and a large parasol, where you can enjoy the peace and the beautiful view. You walk from the terrace to the front door, where there is another pleasant seating area with that magnificent view. Via a staircase along the house, you walk to the delightful private swimming pool with sun loungers, shade cloth, and a lovely outdoor shower. By the pool, you have a spacious terrace, equipped with a dining area, electric BBQ, shade cloth, and for the cooler winter evenings, a gas terrace heater. Next to the terrace, you have a separate space you may use, where you'll find a 2nd kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.
