SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of € 400 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well in advance of the start of your stay. You will receive a one-off email containing a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will be sent.
To ensure the deposit is handled smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialising in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This means you can settle the deposit well in advance of your arrival. The amount will only be debited in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTALS
Villa Cabeza is ideal for a winter stay. The temperatures on the Costa Blanca are lovely at this time of year. Winter rentals run from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by air conditioning units. The winter rate for stays of 4 weeks or more is subject to agreement. Winter rentals are available for a maximum of 8 weeks, during which a mid-stay clean and a change of bed linen and towels are compulsory. Winter rates do not include mid-stay cleaning, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs or service charges. Please feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date rates and availability.
