Situated in the charming village of Polop, on the beautiful Costa Blanca, Villa Cabeza is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The modern villa offers plenty of privacy, stylish décor and all the comforts you need for a carefree stay. Villa Cabeza is situated in a quiet, gated residential complex, allowing you to enjoy complete peace and quiet, whilst the lively coastal towns, beaches and cosy restaurants are always close by.

Start the day with a cup of coffee on the sunny terrace whilst the first rays of sunshine warm the garden. The garden faces south and enjoys sunshine all day long, with lovely spots for both relaxing and spending time together.

During the day, take a refreshing dive in the private swimming pool, relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers, or seek out the shade under the charming pergola with a good book and a cool drink. As evening falls, the stylish Ibiza-style outdoor dining area, together with the gas barbecue, sets the scene for long, convivial summer evenings.

The absolute highlight of Villa Cabeza is its spacious roof terrace, offering panoramic views of the mountains, the green surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea. During the day, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and soak up the sun here, whilst in the evening you’ll be treated to the most beautiful sunsets.

Villa Cabeza is modernly furnished with a warm, relaxed ambience, where light colours, natural materials and stylish details create a luxurious holiday atmosphere.

The light-filled living room forms the heart of the property and flows seamlessly onto the sunny terrace. Thanks to the large sliding doors, you can enjoy the stunning views and the relaxed atmosphere both indoors and outdoors.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with all the amenities you need for cooking elaborate meals together or enjoying a cosy breakfast.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families or a holiday with friends.

For the ultimate sleeping experience and a restful night’s sleep, all bedrooms are fitted with comfortable beds from a Swedish manufacturer.

- In July and August, arrivals and departures are only possible on Sundays, with a minimum stay of 14 nights.
-During the rest of the year, arrivals and departures are possible on any day of the week, with a minimum stay of 11 nights.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of € 400 applies to your stay. The security deposit must be paid well in advance of the start of your stay. You will receive a one-off email containing a link to arrange the security deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will be sent.
To ensure the deposit is handled smoothly, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialising in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This means you can settle the deposit well in advance of your arrival. The amount will only be debited in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

WINTER RENTALS

Villa Cabeza is ideal for a winter stay. The temperatures on the Costa Blanca are lovely at this time of year. Winter rentals run from 1 November to 31 March. The villa is heated by air conditioning units. The winter rate for stays of 4 weeks or more is subject to agreement. Winter rentals are available for a maximum of 8 weeks, during which a mid-stay clean and a change of bed linen and towels are compulsory. Winter rates do not include mid-stay cleaning, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs or service charges. Please feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date rates and availability.

For your information regarding regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of 10 nights or fewer is considered a tourist rental. A stay of 11 nights or more is considered a short-term rental in accordance with Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which you must sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
