VILLA COLINA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This lovely holiday home with a private swimming pool has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace and is located near the, according to experts, most beautiful bay on the Costa Blanca; El Portet. Villa Colina is a spacious holiday home with a good outdoor kitchen, a large terrace equipped with a dining table, where you can spend many cosy hours. Under the pergola is a lovely lounge set to read a book in the shade or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The fully enclosed garden has plenty of space to relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

LAYOUT VILLA COLINA
The living room has a comfortable seating area, television with Dutch channels and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, combination microwave, 4-burner hob, and coffee maker (cups). In addition, you have the utility room where the washing machine and dryer are located. Villa Colina has three bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1: one double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet, double sink and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: one double bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3: is on the first floor and has a double bed. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. From this bedroom, you can access the balcony through the French doors. The villa has WiFi and air conditioning (all bedrooms).
OUTSIDE AT VILLA COLINA
Villa Colina has an outdoor life with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is equipped with a very beautiful spacious garden. Outside you have a covered terrace where you can enjoy a delicious dinner that you have prepared in the outdoor kitchen. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and lounge set. Next to the terrace you will find a beautiful kidney-shaped private swimming pool (approximately 8x4m and max. 2m deep) where you can cool off on warm summer days. Around the private swimming pool you have lovely sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful weather. Next to the swimming pool you will also find an outdoor shower. Outside is a covered parking space for two cars.

A deposit of €350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the deposit settlement effectively, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
Winter rental
In this property, winter rental from November through March is not possible.

Villa la Perla has amazing Spanish details. The location of Villa La Perla is very central in Moraira/Benissa. The spacious garden has many places to put your lounger, in the sun or shade, where you can enjoy a good book. The private parking space offers space for 2 cars and there is a garage that can also be used.

Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 4 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
