VILLA LA PERLA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
The fully enclosed grounds of this holiday home in Moraira with private pool have a wonderfully large and beautifully landscaped garden with various plants and swaying palm trees. Villa la Perla has amazing Spanish details. The location of Villa La Perla is very central in Moraira/Benissa. This comfortable villa is located in the vicinity of the bay Cala Baladrar, a nice beach away from the crowds. For more entertainment, follow the beautiful coastal road to Moraira with a beautiful yacht harbor, nice shops, fine restaurants, lounge areas and a very nice sandy beach with restaurant and sunbed rental.
LAYOUT VILA LA PERLA IN MORAIRA
The open kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a dishwasher, ceramic cooker, toaster, coffee maker (Nespresso)), oven and refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, fireplace and smart television with Netflix and streaming possibility with TV Chromecast (via WIFI). There is central heating therefore the house is very suitable for winter rental. In the naya overlooking the garden there is a dining area for 6 people. There is also a separate room with washing machine and dryer combination. There are mosquito screens in the living room.
Bedroom 1: a double bed (150 x 200cm) and bathroom ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2: a double bed (150 x 200cm). Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. Shutters are available in bedroom 2 and 3.
PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA LA PERLA
The spacious garden has many places to put your lounger, in the sun or shade, where you can enjoy a good book. You can take a refreshing dip in the private pool (kidney shape 8 x 4 m, depth 2 m) in the middle of the garden. There is a barbecue that should not be missed during the long and balmy summer evenings. There is an outdoor shower and toilet. The private parking space offers space for 2 cars and there is a garage that can also be used.

Villa La Perla is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 80 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 12.00 per day. In the period from November to March, the rental price is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 4 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For the most recent rates and availability, feel free to contact us.

The house was also lovely, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed - cutlery, plates, even trays for leftovers, dishes and a wide selection of glasses, including plastic cups for by the pool. Nothing was missing, it was very nice that everything was so complete.
However, there was one thing we missed,perhaps we didn't look hard enough: an ice cream scoop. Since it was very hot during our stay, eating ice cream was very welcome. Unfortunately, we could not find a suitable scoop. The outdoor shower was also very convenient. When we arrived during a heat wave, the living room area was incredibly hot. Despite opening the window in the master bedroom and living room, the heat lingered and there was no air conditioning. We then bought two fans ourselves, otherwise it was unbearable to sit there and cook in the kitchen. We think it would be helpful if guests had the option of renting fansif there were fans available to use. Upon arrival we received a good explanation of the house and a tour from René from Casita Travel, which was very pleasant. During the interim cleaning we also met Erika from Casita Travel, who informed us in detail about Casita Travel and how the cleaning would take place. She was open to all our questions. We were also very pleased with the cleaners. They did an excellent job despite the heat and the house was completely clean and fresh again. New sheets on the bed were also very nice. During our stay, the garden was well maintained and the pool was also well kept. Someone came twice a week for maintenance. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Villa la Perla with our family and our little dog and are grateful for the positive experience. We would like to thank Erika and René for their excellent service and the owners for the use of their beautiful home. We look forward to coming back to the region. It was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you, Casita Travel! |

Wat hebben we een fantastische vakantie gehad in Villa la Perla. Gedurende 3 weken hebben we enorm genoten van de geweldige tuin en het zwembad.

Wat hebben we een fantastische vakantie gehad in Villa la Perla. Gedurende 3 weken hebben we enorm genoten van de geweldige tuin en het zwembad.
Het huis was ook heerlijk, de keuken was voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden - bestek, borden, zelfs bakjes voor leftovers, schalen en een uitgebreide selectie glazen, inclusief plastic bekers voor bij het zwembad. Niets ontbrak, het was heel fijn dat alles zo compleet was. Er was echter één ding dat we misten, of wellicht niet goed genoeg hebben gezocht: een schepijslepel. Aangezien het erg warm was tijdens ons verblijf, was ijs eten erg welkom. Helaas konden we geen geschikte schep vinden. De buitendouche was ook erg handig. Toen we aankwamen tijdens een hittegolf, was het huiskamergedeelte ongelofelijk warm. Ondanks het openzetten van het raam in de masterbedroom en de huiskamer, bleef de warmte hangen en was er geen airconditioning. We hebben toen zelf twee ventilatoren gekocht, anders was het niet uit te houden om daar te zitten en te koken in de keuken. We denken dat het handig zou zijn als gasten de mogelijkheid hebben om ventilatoren te huren of als er ventilatoren beschikbaar zijn om te gebruiken. Bij aankomst kregen we een goede uitleg over het huis en een rondleiding van René van Casita Travel, wat erg prettig was. Tijdens de tussentijdse schoonmaak ontmoetten we ook Erika van Casita Travel, die ons uitgebreid informeerde over Casita Travel en hoe de schoonmaak zou plaatsvinden. Ze stond open voor al onze vragen. We waren ook zeer tevreden over de schoonmakers. Ze hebben ondanks de hitte uitstekend werk geleverd en het huis was weer helemaal schoon en fris. Nieuwe lakens op het bed waren ook heel fijn. Wat we wel misten waren nieuwe gastendoekjes en een douchemat/handdoek in de badkamer. Deze waren meegenomen om te wassen, maar we hebben geen nieuwe gekregen. Misschien is het een idee om gasten die langer verblijven twee sets handdoeken te geven (2 grote, 2 middelgrote, 2 gastendoekjes, 2 washandjes) per kamer. Wij hadden gelukkig zelf handdoeken meegenomen voor het zwembad en strand, en we wasten regelmatig de handdoeken zelf, dus dat was wel opgelost. De droogrekken die we gebruikten in plaats van de wasdroger vielen regelmatig om bij een lichte wind. Ze waren niet erg stevig, en de wasknijpers braken af door de hitte. Misschien is het een idee om deze te vervangen door stevigere droogrekken, bijvoorbeeld van Ikea. Tijdens ons verblijf werd de tuin goed onderhouden en ook het zwembad werd goed bijgehouden. Iemand kwam twee keer per week voor het onderhoud. Pluspunten: - Fantastische vakantie-ervaring in Villa la Perla. - Geweldige tuin en zwembad waarvan we 3 weken hebben genoten. - Het huis is heerlijk en de keuken is voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. - Compleet aanbod van bestek, borden, bakjes voor leftovers, schalen, glazen, en zelfs plastic bekers voor bij het zwembad. - Buitendouche was erg handig. - Goede uitleg en rondleiding bij aankomst door René van Casita Travel. Uitgebreide informatie en uitleg van Erika van Casita Travel tijdens de tussentijdse schoonmaak. - Uitstekende schoonmakers die ondanks de hitte geweldig werk leverden. - Tuin en zwembad werden regelmatig goed onderhouden. - Locatie in de prachtige regio werd zeer gewaardeerd. - Erika en René van Casita Travel boden uitstekende service. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad in Villa la Perla met onze familie en ons hondje en zijn we dankbaar voor de positieve ervaring. We willen Erika en René bedanken voor hun uitstekende service en de eigenaars voor het gebruik maken van hun prachtige huis. We kijken ernaar uit om terug te komen naar de regio. Heel prettig contact, snelle reactie op vragen. Rustige omgeving. Heerlijk zwembad met douche en toilet buiten. Dat is zo fijn met 3 kleine kinderen. Goed ingericht huis van alle gemakken voorzien.

Super vriendelijk en snelle reacties. Zwembad, ruime tuin met veel zitjes, washok en airco op kamer en netflix :) Tips: in grote slaapkamer geen verduisterende gordijnen of rolluiken aanwezig en lampjes in tuin prima alleen waren er geen bij het zitjsee more
