This cosily furnished spacious villa suitable for 8 people is quietly located and has various terraces in the beautifully landscaped garden where you can choose a spot in the sun or shade all day long. There are 2 floors, which are connected inside by a staircase. From the covered naya (upstairs) you look out over the green with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. A lovely private swimming pool (heating available on request) and all amenities nearby make a stay in this holiday home complete!

Villa Sin Prisa is suitable for eight people and consists of 2 living levels.
Upper floor:
Via the kitchen, you enter the house. This is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner gas hob, hand blender, citrus press, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine with cups. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with a dining area for 6-8 people, a large corner sofa, fireplace, smart TV with NL channels and music system and is equipped with air conditioning. Through the living room, you reach the naya with beautiful view and BBQ. On this floor are 3 bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a double bed, consisting of 2 separate beds (200x100), air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer and has access to the naya. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with 1 mattress (180x200), a ceiling fan and access to the naya. Bedroom 3: has a single bed. On this floor, there is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

There is an internal staircase from the hall leading downstairs. Here you will find bedroom 4: this has a double bed with 1 mattress (180x140) and has a ceiling fan. Bedroom 5 has 2 separate single beds (200x90) and a ceiling fan. Bathroom 3 is equipped with a shower toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.
From the terrace, you can also access the lower floor, where you directly enter the kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, 2-burner gas stove and filter coffee maker. There is a 4-person dining area and the living room section is fitted with a seating area, TV with NL channels and a ceiling fan. A washing machine, iron/ironing board and safe are available. The entire villa has central heating. From March 2026, air conditioning will be available in both living rooms and all bedrooms.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA SIN PRISA
The fully enclosed grounds offer plenty of privacy, with various terraces around the swimming pool (9x4 m and 1.80 m deep), including a lounge set, multiple parasols and 8 sun loungers. An outdoor shower is available. The pool can be heated upon request (using a heat pump), so you can enjoy outdoor living in the spring and autumn. The mobile gas BBQ is of course a must for preparing lunch or dinner during warm summer evenings. A large dining table with comfortable chairs stands on the covered naya, where you can enjoy the beautiful view with your morning coffee! From the solarium on the villa's roof, the lovely sea view can also be enjoyed. There are 2 private parking spaces on the grounds.

Villa Sin Prisa is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The house is heated via central heating and air conditioning with heating function. Gas costs are €35 per week, if consumption exceeds 1 gas bottle per week, then you will pay the excess consumption on site. In the winter months, 125 kWh (electricity) per week is included, with additional consumption (via meter) costing €0.40 per kWh. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks in the period from 1 November to 31 March. Winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, booking fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. We’ve fallen a little in love with this fresh and modern decorated holiday home in Moraira. The Dutch owners have really done a great job; Villa La Siësta is a top-notch holiday home in a very central location close to all amenities and the most beautiful beaches. This comfortable villa with private pool is just 1.5 km from the Cala Baladrar bay, a lovely little beach away from the crowds. For more entertainment, follow the beautiful coastal road to the charming and small-scale village of Moraira, just 4 km away.
LAYOUT OF VILLA LA SIËSTA
Two complete living floors
The fully fenced property of Villa La Siësta with private pool is enclosed by a gate. From the entrance you enter the grounds of this beautiful villa. A lovely lounge area has been created, and with a few steps you reach the terrace of the upper floor. This terrace features a dining area and a stunning view with the sea in the distance.
The open kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and fridge with separate freezer compartment. The living room is very comfortable and decorated in a fresh, modern style with a seating area, fireplace, television with Dutch channels (NLZiet), dining area, and ceiling fan. Through the French doors you reach the pleasant terrace.

Bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom windows have screens and shutters.
Back via the terrace and down a staircase you reach the pool area and the outdoor bar, and here you will also find the entrance to the fully equipped downstairs apartment. The living room is also beautifully decorated, with a television with Dutch channels (NLZiet) and an open connection to the seating area and open kitchen, again with all necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, and oven.

Bedroom 4: one double bed.
The second bathroom has been completely renovated and features a shower, toilet, and washbasin. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Through the back door in the downstairs bedroom you have direct access to the covered lounge area with dining table and garden with hammock. From the living/dining area you can reach the outdoor space with the pool and covered dining area via French doors.
The two living floors are not connected internally; each has its own entrance.
There is also a separate room with a washing machine available for use.
OUTDOORS AT VILLA LA SIËSTA
A wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life with family or friends. The garden is spacious yet cosy. Right in front of the house, the private pool takes centre stage. Around the pool are modern sunbeds, a parasol, and side tables. The outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue guarantees long and warm summer evenings. The garden is beautifully landscaped with trees and plants, and an automatic misting system is installed to keep mosquitoes away. Behind the house, a completely renovated relaxation area awaits. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Along the side of the villa, in the quiet dead-end street, you can park your car. Villa La Siësta is a unique holiday home for the whole family or larger groups.

The pool of Villa Ibiza Style can be heated at an additional cost during the off-peak season from half April to June and in September and October. This is a luxury in the colder months when the water is still rather cool. Basicaly you arrived in a small paradise. The interior is beautiful with various wood accents, colorful accessories and design furniture. LAYOUT VILLA IBIZA STYLE
The villa is on one level. Through the spacious patio door you enter the attractive living room with open kitchen. There is a fireplace, a nice sofa, satellite television with special children's channels in addition to almost all international channels, table and luxury armchairs. The kitchen is modern with a microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, 3-burner electric hob and plenty of kitchen utensils.
Through the hall with you reach the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms, both with a double bed, are located at the front of the villa with access to the sunny terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and ample wardrobe space. Almost all beds are 1.90 m, although the beds in the twin bedroom are 2 m. There are two modern bathrooms with rain shower, toilet and two spacious washbasins. The huge sliding door to the terrace provides a lot of light. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA IBIZA STYLE
The terrace at the front of the villa is perhaps the finest spot of Villa Ibiza Style. this gives you a breathtaking panoramic sea view. This is one of the most popular places to read a book or drink a wine with family and friends. Outside you will also find a spacious outdoor kitchen with dining area, private pool, outdoor shower and a covered lounge set so you can sit back and enjoy this dream villa. Relax by the lovely swimming pool equiped with a parasol, sun beds and a covered lounge area. There is also a nice barbecue.

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €450,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Ibiza Style is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa uses air conditioning (hot/cold) and a pellet stove for heating. A bag of pellet granules is available in the area for approx. € 9 per bag. You consume approx. 1 bag per day. Price indication for the winter period is € 3500,- per 4 weeks. Stay is a maximum of 4 weeks. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
