VILLA LA SIËSTA – HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
We’ve fallen a little in love with this fresh and modern decorated holiday home in Moraira. The Dutch owners have really done a great job; Villa La Siësta is a top-notch holiday home in a very central location close to all amenities and the most beautiful beaches. This comfortable villa with private pool is just 1.5 km from the Cala Baladrar bay, a lovely little beach away from the crowds. For more entertainment, follow the beautiful coastal road to the charming and small-scale village of Moraira, just 4 km away.
LAYOUT OF VILLA LA SIËSTA
Two complete living floors
The fully fenced property of Villa La Siësta with private pool is enclosed by a gate. From the entrance you enter the grounds of this beautiful villa. A lovely lounge area has been created, and with a few steps you reach the terrace of the upper floor. This terrace features a dining area and a stunning view with the sea in the distance.
The open kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and fridge with separate freezer compartment. The living room is very comfortable and decorated in a fresh, modern style with a seating area, fireplace, television with Dutch channels (NLZiet), dining area, and ceiling fan. Through the French doors you reach the pleasant terrace.
Bedroom 1: two single beds.
Bedroom 2: one double bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom windows have screens and shutters.
Back via the terrace and down a staircase you reach the pool area and the outdoor bar, and here you will also find the entrance to the fully equipped downstairs apartment. The living room is also beautifully decorated, with a television with Dutch channels (NLZiet) and an open connection to the seating area and open kitchen, again with all necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, and oven.

Bedroom 4: one double bed.
The second bathroom has been completely renovated and features a shower, toilet, and washbasin. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Through the back door in the downstairs bedroom you have direct access to the covered lounge area with dining table and garden with hammock. From the living/dining area you can reach the outdoor space with the pool and covered dining area via French doors.
The two living floors are not connected internally; each has its own entrance.
There is also a separate room with a washing machine available for use.
OUTDOORS AT VILLA LA SIËSTA
A wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life with family or friends. The garden is spacious yet cosy. Right in front of the house, the private pool takes centre stage. Around the pool are modern sunbeds, a parasol, and side tables. The outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue guarantees long and warm summer evenings. The garden is beautifully landscaped with trees and plants, and an automatic misting system is installed to keep mosquitoes away. Behind the house, a completely renovated relaxation area awaits. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. Along the side of the villa, in the quiet dead-end street, you can park your car. Villa La Siësta is a unique holiday home for the whole family or larger groups.

It was nice to be in a residential area. Beautiful houses and a super nice and relaxing environment. We did fall a bit for Moraira and its surroundings.

We had a great time. What a nice house, really delicious. Well cared for, beautifully decorated. Of all the amenities and attention to detail. The first thing I noticed when I came in was how nice it smelled. The house was spotless and tidy. I had imagined the coast to be different here. Longer sandy beaches and much busier. But I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. Every morning we took Buf (our border collie) to Cala Llobella to let him swim. What a beautiful rocky beach that is. Really stunning. Then one beach back, Cala Calabrar for a delicious latte at the chirinquito there. Then back to ""home"" where by now the youngsters were also awake, for breakfast. We made excursions in the area, enjoyed a healthy swim on the sandy beach of Moraira, but also enjoyed the pool at the villa. Shopped, ate well, lit the bbq. In short, it was a wonderful vacation. Compliments to the owners of this house. They have made it a beautiful place. And compliments to you for the whole handling of the booking.

""This is my happy place""... that's what the decoration on the wall on the terrace downstairs says. By now we can confirm this. Villa la Siesta is definitely a happy place. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the first thing we noticed.... ""The house is clean, super cozy, full of sunlight and .... it smells delicious! Furthermore, all amenities and well equipped, delicious beds, etc. And then you come out after the first night and everything is surpassed again. The terrace upstairs has been our breakfast spot. What a wonderful view from there. Especially early in the morning, really enjoying it with a nice latte. Just like at home you develop those fixed rituals on vacation too. After that first cup of latte and beautiful view, we went every day with Buf to Cala Llobella the beach where he could swim. And that, Calla Llobella, has become our 2nd happy place. It is such a beautiful place. And cozy with all the other four-legged fans ??? After this daily swim, we closed with a delicious latte at Cala Calabrar. The Chirinquito there has beautiful views and great coffee. Delicious breakfast too! After coffee and a chat with some other regulars back to ""our villa"" to continue relaxing. Top vacation feeling. We will definitely come back!

Het huis zag er precies uit als op de foto's en werkelijk alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben is aanwezig. Heerlijk rustig in een mooie omgeving met stranden, restaurants en winkels dichtbij. Het was leuk om in een woonwijk te zitten. Mooie huizen en een super mooie en relaxte omgeving. We zijn wel een beetje gevallen voor Moraira en haar omgeving.

Het huis lag in een fraaie wijk, niet ver van Benissa en Moraira! Leuke eetgelegenheden dichtbij, strand dichtbij, supermarkt dichtbij. Het huis is erg goed onderhouden en erg mooi/gezellig en van alle gemak voorzien! Prachtige omgeving ook om te fiesee more

Het huis is erg goed onderhouden en erg mooi/gezellig en van alle gemak voorzien! Prachtige omgeving ook om te fietsen! Heerlijk zwembad en buitenkeuken.Zeer goed en professioneel contact en gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen.

Wij hebben hier een prachtige week gehad. Alles was TOP van zwembad tot vaatdoek (helemaal compleet) De rust, de ruimte, de sfeer, de ligging een echte aanrader.

“This is my happy place”.. dat zegt de decoratie aan de muur op het terras beneden. Inmiddels kunnen wij dit beamen. Villa la Siësta is beslist een happy place. Toen wij aankwamen werden we hartelijk welkom en het eerste wat ons opviel.. “het ruikt hsee more
“This is my happy place”.. dat zegt de decoratie aan de muur op het terras beneden. Inmiddels kunnen wij dit beamen. Villa la Siësta is beslist een happy place. Toen wij aankwamen werden we hartelijk welkom en het eerste wat ons opviel.. “het ruikt hier zo lekker” Het huis is schoon, super gezellig ingericht, vol zonlicht en…. het ruikt heerlijk! Verder van alle gemakken voorzoien en goed uitgerust, heerlijke bedden etc. En dan kom je na de eerste nacht buiten en wordt alles weer overtroffen. Het terras boven is onze ontbijtplek geweest. Wat een prachtig uitzicht vandaar. Vooral ’s ochtends vroeg, echt genieten met een lekkere latte. Net als thuis ontwikkel je ook op vakantie van die vaste rituelen. Na die eerste kop latte en mooi uitzicht, gingen wij elke dag met Buf naar Cala Llobella het strandje waar hij mocht zwemmen. En dat, Calla Llobella, is onze 2e happy place geworden. Het is zo’n mooie plek. En gezellig met alle andere viervoeters fans ?? Na deze dagelijkse zwempartij sloten we af met een heerlijke latte bij Cala Calabrar. De Chirinquito daar heeft mooi uitzicht en lekkere koffie. Heerlijk ontbijt ook! Na de koffie en een praatje met enkele andere vaste gasten weer terug naar “onze villa” om verder te relaxen. Op en top vakantiegevoel. Wij komen zeker terug!
