Right in the heart of Moraira and a short walk from the beach. Leave the car behind! This apartment is located in the beautiful centre of Moraira, a unique location. You'll find everything within a very short walking distance. The lovely sandy beach of Moraira is approximately 500 m away, the supermarket is already just 100 metres away, and the best restaurants by the sea and in the centre are within easy reach of the apartment. The cosy apartment for 4 people has recently been completely renovated by the Dutch owners. You will want for nothing.

Casita Moraira apartment is located on the third floor of an authentic apartment building with a total of 4 floors. It is accessible via stairs or lift. Living room with seating area, television with streaming capabilities and sliding door to south-facing balcony with seating and sun shade. An open kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer drawers, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. Bathroom 1 with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 1 with two single beds (90x200), and built-in wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each with a single bed (90x200cm) and built-in wardrobe. The bedrooms have window screens. Bathroom 2 with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Compact ironing board with iron, drying rack. The living and bedroom windows are fitted with shutters that can be closed. Air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are equipped with a standing fan. Wifi. Parking nearby.

OUTSIDE AT APARTMENT CASITA MORAIRA
Despite the great attraction of the village, it is also delightful to be on the balcony. The balcony is equipped with two chairs, a small table and a sunshade that can be set at different positions. You have an unobstructed view here, a nice place to start the morning with a cup of coffee. From the apartment, you walk directly into the old centre of Moraira. Here is the cosy shopping street and a little further on a large square where the market is held every Friday morning.

DISTANCES
The car can be parked for free on the market square, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. But you can also choose to travel by bus, for example with Beniconnect, or by private transfer from the airport. Alicante Airport: 91km, Valencia Airport: 128km. Padel courts 200 metres away. Nice walks from the village are to the beautiful bay of El Portet (1.5km) or, in the other direction, via Bar la Cabana (1.5km) towards La Fustera (6km) via the eco-path. Plenty of opportunities to have a drink in a beach bar or take a dip in the sea in between.

Deposit
A deposit of €350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To manage the deposit settlement effectively, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

VRBO
If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs must still be paid in cash on-site. These costs are not included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made up: £ 225

Winter Rental
Casita Moraira Apartment is suitable for a winter stay. Winter rental applies from 1 November to 31 March. The apartment is heated by the air conditioning in the living room and the air conditioning in the bedroom. 100 kWh per week is included. In the period from November to March, the rental amount is € 2000,- per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
