APARTMENT CASITA MORAIRA
In the heart of Moraira and a short walk from the beach. Leave the car alone! This apartment is located in the beautiful center of Moraira, a unique location. You will find everything within a very short walking distance. The fine sandy beach of Moraira is approximately 500 m away, the supermarket is only 100 meters away and the best restaurants by the sea and in the center are within easy reach of the apartment. The cozy apartment for 4 people has recently been completely redecorated by the Dutch owners. You will lack nothing.
LAYOUT APARTMENT CASITA MORAIRA
Apartment Casita Moraira is located on the third floor of an authentic apartment building with a total of 4 floors. It is accessible by stairs or the elevator. Living room with sitting area, television with streaming options and sliding doors to the south-facing balcony with seating and sunshade. An open kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and freezer drawers, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. Bathroom 1 with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 1 one double bed (180x200), and built-in wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a trundle bed 80cm x 190cm (suitable for children), making a stay for 5 people possible. Bedroom 2 and 3 both with a single bed (90x200cm) and built-in wardrobe. The bedrooms have screens on the windows. Bathroom 2 with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Compact ironing board with iron, drying rack. The living room and bedroom windows have shutters that can be closed. Air conditioning hot/cold. Wi-Fi. Parking nearby.
OUTSIDE AT APARTMENT CASITA MORAIRA
Despite the great appeal of the village, it is also wonderful to be on the balcony. The balcony is equipped with two chairs, a table and an awning that can be set in different positions. You have an unobstructed view here, a nice place to start the morning with a cup of coffee. From the apartment you walk directly into the old center of Moraira. Here is the pleasant shopping street and a little further on a large square where the market is held every Friday morning.
DISTANCES
You can park your car for free on the market square, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. But you can also choose to travel by bus, for example from Beniconnect, or by private transfer from the airport. Alicante Airport: 91km, Valencia Airport: 128km. Padel courts at 200 meters. Nice walks from the village are to the beautiful bay of El Portet (1.5km) or, in the other direction, via Bar la Cabana (1.5km) towards La Fustera (6km) via the eco trail. Plenty of opportunities to have a drink in a beach bar or take a dip in the sea.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
Apartment Casita Moraira is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The apartment is heated by airconditioning in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is 100 kWh per week included. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 2000 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. We were the proud first real guests of Casita Moraira. We enjoyed this week of sun, sea, beach and especially relaxing. Because that is possible here in Casita Moraira, because the apartment is fully equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, a 'see more
We were the proud first real guests of Casita Moraira. We enjoyed this week of sun, sea, beach and especially relaxing. Because that is possible here in Casita Moraira, because the apartment is fully equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, a 'chill' evening on the couch, a day in Valencia and Benidorm, a visit to the Algar waterfalls and a kayak excursion in Javea. All within easy reach and well worth it.
