This small Mediterranean paradise is situated on a plot of almost 900 m2. This holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca is sunny and perfectly situated on the south / south-west. Although Casa Piececito has a perfect interior, you will mainly enjoy the greatness of the terrain and the luxury of the outdoors around the pool. A fully equipped outdoor bar ensures that everything is close at hand, which ensures you of relaxing days outside in the spanish sun. This beautiful holiday home is just a 2-minute drive from Playa La Fustera, a nice bay with a sandy beach and a restaurant. The larger Calpe with many facilities is a 5 minute drive and the somewhat sophisticated Spanish seaside resort of Moraira is reachable within 10 minutes.

LAYOUT CASA PIECECITO
In the living room the abundance of light and the view is immediately apparent. A frameless corner window offers uninterrupted views of the Peñon de Ifach (the striking rock in the sea) of Calpe. And because of the beautiful sliding doors, there is a continuous view from the living room of the surrounding green pine trees and the imposing Bernia Mountains in the background. The living room has a nice sitting area with satellite TV, a dining area for 6 people and air conditioning.

Open, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave and a fridge-freezer. Through the hallway you reach the three bedrooms. All bedrooms have two single beds, spacious wardrobes, air conditioning with hot / cold air and a ceramic heating unit. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The two bathrooms are equipped with (rain) shower, hand shower and toilet. There is also a safe, WiFi (inside and outside), washing machine and ironing board.

OUTSIDE AT CASA PIECECITO
You enter the site through a remote controlled gate that provides access to a spacious parking area for two cars. The beautiful garden with private swimming pool (8x4m, deep: max. 1.50m) and fine sunbeds is decorated in a Mediterranean style and is decorated by three proudly swaying palm trees. At the front is a patio where you can sit in the shade or out of the wind, depending on the season.

You can shower outside under the (rain) shower with hot / cold water. The beautiful covered outdoor bar has a fridge / freezer, hot / cold water, a large baking tray and plenty of crockery. There is also a television and a wireless speaker. You will find a lovely large dining table for 8 people for hours of dining. The floor outside is tiled with particularly beautiful ceramic anti-slip tiles. From the slightly lower swimming pool area you go up the stairs to the living area.

INCLUDING
– Electricity: 125 kWh per week. There is 125 kWh per week included. This is consumed by, among other things, the swimming pool pump that has to run
and the access / safety lighting. Self-consumption: € 0.40 per kWh. The consumption of electricity is calculated on the basis of a meter.

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €500,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Casa Piececito is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 75 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. When using more than 1 gas bottle per week, you pay the additional consumption on the spot in cash at € 11.00 per day. In the period November to March there is a special rate, with a stay of 4 weeks you pay for 3 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
