In the green area near the outskirts of Lefkas town, you will find this beautiful new holiday villa. Villa Elionas offers the ideal combination of tranquility and excitement. The garden of no less than 4000 m2 is full of olive trees and gives the villa a serene appearance. In this secluded area, you can truly relax. Next to the spacious private swimming pool, there are sun beds. Here, you can read a book in the shade of a parasol and enjoy the outdoor life. Villa Elionas also provides an ideal place for children to play and discover nature. This child-friendly villa has a tree house and a playground. Looking for some excitement? The bustling capital Lefkada has a lively city centre. Charming alleys with colourful houses define the street scene. Walk along the promenade, order fresh fish at one of the many restaurants and then take a look at the modern marina of the city, where many sailing boats dock. If you want to explore more of the island, there is a road near the villa that leads to the west of Lefkas. Here you will find the most beautiful towns, such as Nikitas and Kathisma. Do you want to go to the beach? Villa Elionas is only 2 km away from Agios loannis beach, with white sand and old windmills!

LAYOUT VILLA ELIONAS
Villa Elionas can accommodate up to 8 people. Because the villa was built recently (in 2016), it is equipped with modern comforts and feels wonderfully new. On the ground floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen are connected to one another. The warm colours give the room an intimate and soft atmosphere. The living room has a large, comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace and a smart TV. In the same room, there is a wooden table for eight people. The open kitchen with bar is luxuriously furnished and has a gas oven, hob (gas and electric), microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, toasted sandwich maker and sufficient kitchen utensils. In addition, the living/dining room has access to two terraces furnished with comfortable garden furniture. This way you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. The garden and the swimming pool can be reached by stairs from the terraces.

The four bedrooms are wonderfully spacious and equipped with plenty of closet space, which is convenient for a longer stay. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed and has an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. Then there are three bedrooms with two single beds. Two of these bedrooms have a balcony, once again offering beautiful views of the garden. Villa Elionas has two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet and bath-shower combination. There is also a separate toilet and washing machine on the ground floor.

The entire villa, including the bedrooms, is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning.

PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ELIONAS
Even the long driveway in front of the villa alone gives you a wonderful holiday feeling: here you really are in the midst of nature! Because you are so surrounded by greenery, you will experience a lot of privacy in Villa Elionas. The house offers plenty of opportunities to relax. On the covered terraces, for example, you will find lovely sitting areas from which you can look out over the many olive trees in the garden. There is also a barbecue to prepare delicious meals in the evening. Villa Elionas has a swimming pool with sun terrace. Here you will find sun beds, parasols and an outdoor shower. In addition, there is a large hammock in the garden. For children the garden offers a large wooden tree house, toys, basketball, swing and enough space to play and do their own thing. Furthermore, the location of the villa is perfect for outdoor activities. For example, the area is perfect for hiking, horse riding and windsurfing. Rented a car? On the property you can park for free.

The nearest beach to Villa Elionas is Agios Ioannis beach. This white sandy beach stretches along the northwest coast of Lefkas, near Lefkas Town. Here you will find a clear, turquoise sea and shallow water. This makes the beach very suitable for children. The beach is well organised and there are many good bars and nice taverns. What is unique about the Agios Ioannis beach, is that there are old, characteristic Greek windmills. The beach falls under the 'Blue Flag Beaches' due to its clean water and good facilities. For example, the beach has a lifeguard and you can rent sunbeds. It can be very windy at Agios Ioannis beach, especially at the end of the afternoon. Therefore, this location is also ideal for kite- and windsurfing.
