VILLA ABBY HOLIDAYHOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Abby does have a lot of luck. This single-story cottage has a lovely large terrace with a fine lounge, generous dining area and bubble bath. Further on is the private heated pool. Via the stairs you reach the balcony from where you have a unique view of the sea. There is also a children's pool. The barbecue area is nice and large where you can sit in the sun as well as under the covered terrace. Several stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance.
In the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen there are three golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande which is located along the promenade. A relatively less crowded beach is Playa de Pocillos where you have oceans of space and comparatively a lot more peace and quiet. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT VILLA ABBY
Villa Abby is all on one level and consists of two living areas. The villa itself with two bedrooms and the annex accessible through a separate entrance with two bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with plenty of light, a large corner sofa, satellite television (55'), Blu Ray player with over 100 movies and dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. There is also a washing machine. All bedrooms as well as the living room have air conditioning. In the main house there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, television (32') and en-suite marble bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
In the annex are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 4 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a separate room with pool table, air field hockey, cross trainer and a television (42') for PS4 use.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ABBY
Via stairs you reach the balcony with seating area from where you have a view of the sea. The ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine. The terrace surrounding the villa is surrounded by greenery and is very spacious. There is a dining area under the porch as well as a lovely lounge. The private pool, which can be heated in the winter months, has a separate children's area. There is another dining area with parasol next to the barbecue. Further away is the bubble bath where you can relax in.

Sandy beach 1.9 km, golf course 3.5 km, supermarket 350 m, restaurants and stores 750 m, airport 11 km.
