VILLA MANZANA HOLIDAY HOME IN ARGUINEGUIN
This fine holiday home with private heated pool is perfect for families and nature lovers. Here you will experience plenty of privacy and an oasis of peace and tranquility. The pool is lovely and large (9 x 4.5 m) with loungers and a nice lounge area all around. Villa Manzana is located near the village of Cercados de Espino. You can make lovely walks from here. Arguineguin is a 10-minute drive away and Maspalomas a 20-minute drive. In the evening, enjoy a beautiful sunset from your terrace overlooking the mountains.
Tip: pay a visit to Beachclub Perchel in El Pajar. With stunning sea views, a fantastic pool and delicious, top-quality food.
LAYOUT OF VILLA MANZANA
Villa Manzana is wonderfully bright and spacious. There are two spacious sofas in the living room and also a Smart TV 75' as well as a fibre-optic internet connection. The kitchen with dining area includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A washing machine and dryer are also available. There are four bedrooms, three with two single beds and one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. In the house itself there are two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Near the swimming pool there is a third bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA MANZANA IN ARGUINEGUIN
Both the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the lovely spacious terrace with lounge area, barbecue area and dining area. Take a dip in your own private pool that can be heated at an extra charge. There is parking space for four cars.

Several beaches (Puerto Rico / Patalavaca / Anfi / Tauro / Amadores) 8 km, restaurant 2 km, supermarket/shops 8 km, airport, 27 km, N.P. Pilancones 650 m.

We’ve had a great vacation due to the great and beautiful house. The location is just outside of the touristic places so it’s nice and quiet.

The location was perfect for us as there were no neighbouring houses, so it was really quiet and peaceful and you can have absolute privacy. The communication with the landlord worked very well and we always got a reply very quickly if we had a question. I can really recommend everyone to stay here. - Oliver

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad dankzij het geweldige en mooie huis. De locatie is net buiten de toeristische plaatsen waardoor het lekker rustig is.

Binnen is het netjes, maar het draait vooral om het buiten bij huizen in deze regio. Zwembad is top met een laag deel voor kleinere kinderen en een diep deel voor mensen met zwemdiploma. Wordt ‘s nachts schoongemaakt zodat je daar overdag geen last vsee more

Wordt ‘s nachts schoongemaakt zodat je daar overdag geen last van hebt. Heerlijke zithoek buiten, met wat schaduw voor de hetere uren. Grenzend aan het zwembad een apart toilet met douche voor na het zwemmen. Slaapkamers zijn prima, standaard Ikea-bedden maar ze liggen goed. Wat last van mieren in de master-bedroom maar de anti-mier in de gootsteenkast doet wonderen. Dankzij luiken en horren blijft het binnen koel en heb je frisse lucht maar geen muggen.
Goed contact via Whatsapp gehad met de beheerders, ze reageren heel snel. |

De locatie was perfect voor ons, omdat er geen naburige huizen waren, zodat het echt stil en vredig was en je absolute privacy kunt hebben.
