Villa Iria has a modern interior and plenty of light. The open living-dining room acts as the focal point of the house, including satellite television and bluetooth speaker. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with two single beds. You will also find a bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and hair dryer. Upstairs is the third bedroom with double bed. Here is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and balcony. There is also a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in Villa Iria. There is a seperate toilet.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA IRIA
At the back of Villa Iria you will find the garden that offers enough space and privacy to enjoy the Portuguese sun. The beautiful lawn and mature trees surround the rectangular private pool, outdoor shower. There is also a terrace and traditional built-in barbecue to enjoy al fresco dining.
