This detached villa is perfect for families. The villa is spacious but cozy at the same time and has a modern interior. The view is what makes this villa so unique, because how nice it is to have a panoramic view of the sea from the terrace!
Rousa Limni is located 6 km away from Agios Nikolaos, a beautiful port town. This cozy town is bustling on all sides and there is plenty of entertainment for everyone.
LAYOUT VILLA NICOLA
Villa Nicola consists of two floors. On the first floor is the living room with satellite TV. The kitchen is open and has everything you need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is a separate toilet on the first floor.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The washing machine is located here. The two bedrooms are air conditioned and give access to the spacious balcony.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA NICOLA
The enclosed terrace and balcony are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and the view. There is a cozy dining area with barbecue. The private pool is very nice to cool off. The villa has private parking on site.
