Apartment Laurel is a luxurious and modern apartment with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has a perfect location and access to a shared swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. LAUREL APARTMENT LAYOUT
Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is suitable for 6 people. You get out at the front door via a spacious hall and comfortable elevator. The apartment has a tastefully decorated living room with dining area and direct access to the spacious sunny balcony with lounge set and dining table. The cozy living/dining room is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle and a wide selection of kitchen utensils. An iron and ironing board are also available.

On the "ground" floor there is bedroom 1: 1 double bed. The associated bathroom has a bath with integrated shower, toilet and sink. On the upper floor there is: bedroom 2: 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with private bathroom, shower, toilet and sink. In addition, all bedrooms have air conditioning (hot/cold) and spacious fitted wardrobes for all your clothing. The 3rd bathroom is also located on the upper floor and has a bath and shower. All beds are box spring beds.

THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF APARTMENT LAUREL
Apartment Laurel has a communal swimming pool and children's pool in a beautifully landscaped garden. Apartment Laurel has an underground private parking space. There is also ample parking on the street near the apartment.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
PARTICULARITIES:
– Minimum stay of 7 nights.
– In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. Arrival and departure are possible in the other months
on every day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights in between
bookings.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 350 applies for Apartment Laurèl. The deposit is paid via
a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be
reserved on your credit card but not charged (if no damage has been found). This
deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card
are met. The reservation on your card will be a maximum of 21 days.

WINTER RENTAL
Apartment Laurel suitable for winter stays. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March, winter rental is € 1,500 per 4 weeks. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, disaster fund and SGR guarantee.
