VILLA LAURA HOLIDAY HOME IN ALHAURIN EL GRANDE
Villa Laura is a modern villa with private pool in Andalusia. The long driveway leads to this vacation villa with a beautiful garden full of colourful flowers, a nice private swimming pool and a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the large roof terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Villa Laura is tastefully and stylishly furnished by the owner. Children will also have the time of their lives here. This location, combined with the beautiful decor and facilities, makes Villa Laura the ideal vacation villa for families with children or couples who value their privacy.
The authentic village of Alhaurin el Grande, located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas is nearby. Here is a supermarket, several squares and terraces. Alhaurin el Grande is not overrun by tourists but has retained its Spanish character. Golfers can indulge themselves at Alhaurín Golf. This spectacular golf course is a 5 minute drive away. Because of its location at 200 metres from the general facilities of the vacation park 'La Granja de Antonio' with playground, restaurant and swimming pool, Villa Laura is the ideal combination between privacy and social contacts.
Tip: enjoy delicious fresh fish in the nice restaurant nearby called 'Casa Paco'. With a bit of luck the fish is brought in fresh by the fisherman and you can choose your own fish.
LAYOUT VILLA LAURA
Via the spacious outside terrace you walk through the sliding doors into the cosy living room with fireplace, Dutch satellite television and Home cinema system with CD and Blue Ray. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove (4 rings), dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker and sufficient kitchen utensils. On the first floor is bedroom 1 with a double bed, en suite bathroom and doors to the outdoor terrace. Bathroom 1 has a bath, sink and toilet. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and doors to the spacious roof terrace. On the top floor there is also bathroom 3 with a whirlpool bath, sink and toilet.
For people with mobility problems, the house is a bit less suitable. This is because the whole villa is a bit crooked and has a slope of about 2%. We therefore sometimes call the house villa Pisa. In general, this does not bother you much and is more than compensated by the luxury, comfort and appearance of the villa.
Villa Laura also has air conditioning and central heating in all rooms. Villa Laura is well insulated and the central heating in all rooms makes this villa comfortable even in the winter months.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LAURA
At the front of the villa you'll find a lovely private pool, a large outdoor barbecue and a patio with garden furniture and lounge chairs. The garden is a wonderful place to unwind. You are surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants and you can hear many birds singing. Near the pool is a fourth toilet. Apart from the large swimming pool, the small vacation park 'La Granja de Antonio' with various playing facilities is at walking distance from the villa. The surface area of Villa Laura is about 200 m2 and the private property belonging to the villa is about 5000 m2.

CASITA CUARTA GRANDE HOLIDAY HOME IN ALHAURIN EL GRANDE
This holiday home is ideal. In addition to its own whirlpool and (heated) private swimming pool, which is also fenced, this detached house is within walking distance of a small-scale holiday park with a communal heated pool, playground and restaurant that you can also use. Here you experience the space and silence of your own holiday home while you can look up the crowds. It is therefore a wonderful holiday spot for young and old. There is a quiet and friendly atmosphere, partly because it is a small complex with 14 semi-detached holiday homes. Here you can enjoy sun-drenched days, clear nights and beautiful rural views. There is a large communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. A lovely swimming pool that is also heated from November to May. For a day at the beach you can take a rental car, the nearest beach is only a 20 minute drive away.
The casita is located in a beautiful and quiet area, approximately 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the beach. The nearest village is Alhaurin el Grande. Here you will find nice shops, squares and cozy terraces. You don't even have to leave the estate for a good restaurant. There is a nice small-scale restaurant where delicious dishes are served and where you can enjoy a traditional Andalusian flamenco dance on special evenings!
On the other side of the pool is a studio that can also be booked. A fence has been placed between the pool and the studio for extra privacy; guests staying in the studio do not have access to the pool. Access to the studio is via the pool area.
LAYOUT CASITA CUARTA GRANDE
Casita Cuarta Grande has an area of 95m2. The house is decorated in Andalusian atmosphere and fully furnished. The living room is bright and spacious (40 m2) with, among other things, a fireplace and satellite television. The kitchen is complete with an oven and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On request, 2 extra beds can be added for the fifth and sixth person. There are two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASITA CUARTA GRANDE
The outdoor living of Casita Cuarta Grande is perfect. Outside you have a nice covered terrace with lounge furniture and an extra swimming pool (8 x 4 m) in front of the door. This pool is also fenced. There are sunbeds around the pool and you have a beautiful panoramic view from the terrace.
You can easily walk to the small-scale park with its own restaurant, heated communal swimming pool and a large lounge and playground. There is also room for a game of jeu de boule, badminton, table tennis and football or volleyball. The fact that Spanish cuisine is healthy is proven by the dishes served here. The use of seasonal regional products results in varied meals in which you can taste Andalucia: spices that the Moors brought centuries ago, fresh fish with the taste of the Mediterranean. Sun-ripened fruit and vegetables from the fertile Guadalhorce Valley and naturally ripened Jamón from the Sierra Nevada. In the communal area at the restaurant you will also find luxurious lounge sets, various novels, literature and tourist information about the area. There are many toys, even children's bicycles and board games, and for the little ones there is also a separate children's pool of approximately 25 cm deep. The pool is fenced, so the small children can walk around quietly.

CASITA CUARTA HOLIDAY HOME IN ALHAURIN EL GRANDE
This cozy vacation home with a shared pool in Andalusia is located on an authentic Spanish farm. It is a wonderful vacation spot for young and old. There is a quiet and friendly atmosphere, partly because it is a small complex of 14 linked vacation homes. Here you can enjoy sun-drenched days, clear nights and beautiful rural views. There is a large communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. A lovely pool that is also heated from November to May. For a day at the beach you can rent a car. The nearest beach is only 20 minutes away.
The casita is located in a beautiful and quiet area, about 30 minutes from Malaga airport. The nearest village is Alhaurin el Grande. Here you will find nice stores, squares and terraces. For a good restaurant you do not even have to leave the estate. There is a nice small restaurant where delicious dishes are served and where you can enjoy a traditional Andalusian flamenco dance on special evenings!
Please beware: there are several casitas, so the interior of your casita can differ from the pictures.
LAYOUT CASITA CUARTA
Casita Cuarta is comfortable and well furnished. In the living room you will find a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sitting area, flat screen TV (BVN channels) and dining table with chairs. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a kettle, an electric stove (4 burners), a coffee maker and plenty of cutlery and crockery.
The casita has two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed. Bedroom two has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a large closet with plenty of storage space. In the living room we can place a folding bed on request. This can be used by a child. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASITA CUARTA
Outside you have your own terrace with seating. On the spacious estate there is a lovely communal pool and plenty of room to play for the kids. On the farm you will find a playground with climbing frame, sandpit, table tennis, badminton and jeu de boules. There are many toys, even children's bikes and board games, and for the little ones there is also a separate children's pool of about 25 cm deep. The pool is fenced and therefore safe for children to walk around.
