CASITA CUARTA HOLIDAY HOME IN ALHAURIN EL GRANDE
This cozy vacation home with a shared pool in Andalusia is located on an authentic Spanish farm. It is a wonderful vacation spot for young and old. There is a quiet and friendly atmosphere, partly because it is a small complex of 14 linked vacation homes. Here you can enjoy sun-drenched days, clear nights and beautiful rural views. There is a large communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. A lovely pool that is also heated from November to May. For a day at the beach you can rent a car. The nearest beach is only 20 minutes away.
The casita is located in a beautiful and quiet area, about 30 minutes from Malaga airport. The nearest village is Alhaurin el Grande. Here you will find nice stores, squares and terraces. For a good restaurant you do not even have to leave the estate. There is a nice small restaurant where delicious dishes are served and where you can enjoy a traditional Andalusian flamenco dance on special evenings!
Please beware: there are several casitas, so the interior of your casita can differ from the pictures.
LAYOUT CASITA CUARTA
Casita Cuarta is comfortable and well furnished. In the living room you will find a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sitting area, flat screen TV (BVN channels) and dining table with chairs. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a kettle, an electric stove (4 burners), a coffee maker and plenty of cutlery and crockery.
The casita has two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed. Bedroom two has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a large closet with plenty of storage space. In the living room we can place a folding bed on request. This can be used by a child. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASITA CUARTA
Outside you have your own terrace with seating. On the spacious estate there is a lovely communal pool and plenty of room to play for the kids. On the farm you will find a playground with climbing frame, sandpit, table tennis, badminton and jeu de boules. There are many toys, even children's bikes and board games, and for the little ones there is also a separate children's pool of about 25 cm deep. The pool is fenced and therefore safe for children to walk around.

We have been active: visited Malaga, Mijas 2x, Coin, Baranco Blanco Coin was a super hike and beautiful. We spent an afternoon together at the beach near Fuengirola. Meanwhile, we walked a lot and did what came our way: visited a regional market, olive oil museum, wine tasting and cozy cafes visited, with good tapas and fine wines. Sam Sam Bistro in Alhaurin el Grande is highly recommended. We had breakfast ourselves or on our terrace and every time it was good and surprising. At the beautiful nostalgic farmhouse it was nice to stay and also there twice in the evening we had dinner. The pool, views, greenery and trees have certainly done us good. The few other guests with small children were nice, friendly people for an occasional chat and a glass of wine. All in all a wonderful vacation, beautiful area where we will definitely go back

We zijn actief geweest: Malaga bezocht, Mijas 2x, Coin, Baranco Blanco Coin was een super wandeling en geweldig mooi. We zijn samen een middag naar het strand geweest bij Fuengirola. Ondertussen hebben we veel gelopen en gedaan wat op ons pad kwam: een streekmarkt bezocht, olijfolie museum, wijnproeverij en gezellige terrasjes bezocht, met goede tapas en prima wijnen. Sam Sam Bistro in Alhaurin el Grande is een aanrader. Ontbijtje deden we zelf of op ons terras en dat was elke keer prima en verrassend. Bij de mooie nostalgische boerderij was het fijn vertoeven ook daar twee maal in de avond gegeten. Het zwembad, uitzicht, het groen en de bomen hebben ons zeker goed gedaan. De enkele andere gasten met kleine kinderen waren fijne, gezellige mensen voor af en toe een praatje en een wijntje. Al bij al een heerlijke vakantie, mooi gebied waar we zeker nog eens naar terug gaan

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Ideaal met onze kids van 2.5 en 5.5. Kinderen hebben genoten met alle kinderen die aanwezig waren om 18.00 uur gezellig met alle kids te gelijk eten aan een lange tafel. Daarna kunnen de ouders onder het genot van een drankje heerlijk eten, genieten van mooi weer en dekinderen spelen leuk in de speeltuin. Jammer dat je er niet iedere avond kan eten! Ideaal concept. Het appartement was prima. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Casita Cuarta Grande has an area of 95m2. The house is decorated in Andalusian atmosphere and fully furnished. The living room is bright and spacious (40 m2) with, among other things, a fireplace and satellite television. The kitchen is complete with an oven and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On request, 2 extra beds can be added for the fifth and sixth person. There are two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASITA CUARTA GRANDE
The outdoor living of Casita Cuarta Grande is perfect. Outside you have a nice covered terrace with lounge furniture and an extra swimming pool (8 x 4 m) in front of the door. This pool is also fenced. There are sunbeds around the pool and you have a beautiful panoramic view from the terrace.
You can easily walk to the small-scale park with its own restaurant, heated communal swimming pool and a large lounge and playground. There is also room for a game of jeu de boule, badminton, table tennis and football or volleyball. The fact that Spanish cuisine is healthy is proven by the dishes served here. The use of seasonal regional products results in varied meals in which you can taste Andalucia: spices that the Moors brought centuries ago, fresh fish with the taste of the Mediterranean. Sun-ripened fruit and vegetables from the fertile Guadalhorce Valley and naturally ripened Jamón from the Sierra Nevada. In the communal area at the restaurant you will also find luxurious lounge sets, various novels, literature and tourist information about the area. VILLA NARANJA HOLIDAY HOME IN ALHAURIN EL GRANDE
Villa Naranja is a true paradise, here you can enjoy plenty of rest and privacy. This villa is uniquely situated in the Guadalhorce valley. Through winding tarmac roads and green hills covered with olive groves and orange trees you drive to Villa Naranja. From your terrace in the middle of the lush garden full of colorful flowers you can enjoy the beautiful views over all the greenery and your private pool. Children will also have a great time here, there is plenty of room to play and explore. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine from the terrace and watch the beautiful starry sky.
The villa is approximately 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the fine sandy beach. The authentic village of Alhaurin el Grande, located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas is nearby. Here is a supermarket, several squares and terraces. Alhaurin el Grande is not overrun by tourists but has retained its Spanish character. Golfers can indulge themselves at Alhaurín Golf. This spectacular golf course is a 5 minute drive away.
Tip: enjoy delicious fresh fish in the nice restaurant nearby called 'Casa Paco'. With a little luck the fish will be brought fresh by the fisherman and you can pick your own fish.
LAYOUT VILLA NARANJA
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD player and a comfortable seating area. The fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave is also on the first floor. From the living room the stairs go down to the first floor. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have a double bed, one of the bedrooms has air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have doors to the outside. There are two bathrooms with a shower, sink and toilet.
Villa Naranja is fully insulated and equipped with central heating in all rooms, making it very comfortable even in winter.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA NARANJA
Next to the villa is a private covered parking lot. From the garden you walk via a staircase to the spacious covered porch. In clear weather you have a beautiful view of the Sierra Nevada. The private swimming pool and accompanying terrace can be lighted in the evening. Within walking distance of the villa you will find an orchard where you can pick fresh fruit almost all year round. There are delicious fresh oranges, avocados, grapes, persimmons, almonds and much more growing here. For the children there is a table tennis table and various board games available.

No fixed arrival or departure day, however if you do not arrive or depart on Friday a surcharge applies (this surcharge is on request).

The following compulsory costs are already calculated in the sales price. You pay these when booking.

DEPOSIT, obligatory and payable on site (if no comfort package is booked)
- Deposit € 50,- to be paid upon arrival, when you have left the holiday home in good condition you will receive it back on the day of departure.
COMFORT PACKAGE
You can also take advantage of a comfort package at a surcharge of € 175 per booking. If you opt for a comfort package when booking (this can be done via e-mail, telephone or the booking form), the surcharge is € 149 per booking. If you choose the comfort package at a later time, you pay € 175.
The comfort package includes:
- Free beach towels for the entire travelling party
- Ample check-in times, namely check-in from 12.00 (normally 16.00) and check-out until 14.00 (normally 9.30).*
- Up to 80 kWh free air conditioning
- No extra charge for a cot or high chair (please let us know when booking if you wish to use these)
- No deposit is required
- No extra charge for a very early check-out, e.g. due to an early flight
* Please note: the flexible arrival times are on request. If guests have booked a comfort package with flexible arrival times before/after your stay, the times may be different. Please ask us about the possibilities.
OTHER
