VILLA ADONIRA IN VILAMOURA
The stylish Villa Adonira is located in the luxurious residential area of Vilamoura, just 800 meters from the beautiful 'old' golf course. A detached holiday home with private pool in the Algarve, which with its five bedrooms is particularly suitable for families or two families. The friendly and hospitable owners have furnished the villa in such a way that you will feel right at home. The fashionable port of Vilamoura with its world restaurants is 5 km from the villa. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or sunbathe on the balcony.
This villa with private pool in the Algarve is located in a spacious residential area in Vilamoura. This is a special place, a unique and luxurious place for a wonderful holiday on the Algarve. Here you can feel summer all year round. Vilamoura has one of the largest marinas in Europe and can be compared to that of St. Tropez. In Vilamoura you can play golf, tennis, horse riding and fishing. You will find good (fish) restaurants, bars and shops here. The “Old Course” golf course, not far from the villa, is one of the four golf courses in Vilamoura and is one of the best in Portugal. The beaches of Vilamoura and neighboring Falésia are vast and wonderfully beautiful. There is also a very cozy international atmosphere in Vilamoura.
LAYOUT VILLA ADONIRA
This holiday home with private pool in the Algarve consists of two floors. You enter on the first floor into a spacious hall which leads to the bright and spacious living room with satellite television, large corner sofa and doors leading to the sunny balcony/outdoor terrace. The dining area is spacious enough for 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, sufficient kitchenware, etc. There are five bedrooms in this holiday home. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. There are four bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Two of the double bedrooms have access to a terrace. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living room. A washing machine is also available. There is also a seperate toilet
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ADONIRA
The outdoor area of Villa Adonira is perfect. Children can play endlessly in the garden with fresh green lawn. You can sunbathe on the sunbeds around the private swimming pool (10 x 5 m). A barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking together.

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

The villa is of a high standard in terms of decor, furnishings, bathrooms etc. Tne pool is excellent.

- we had repeated problems with the dishwashers. The main one in the kitchen kept stopping mid-cycle. This was diagnosed as an issue with the installation of the kitchen unit. An engineer came and addressed that althsee more

An engineer came and addressed that although the issue sometimes happened subsequently. The dishwasher in the outdoor eating area was only used once and flooded. - there were lots of mosquitos in the garden resulting in many bites for us all. It seemed to be worse on the grass area so we tended to avoid that and the downstairs/outside eating area. Not sure if this is specific to the time of year we travelledthe villa garden specifically |

It was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Wi fi of good quality signal and very effective air-con. Good access and parking and fairly close to all facilities i.e. shopping, golf & dinning. We had a party of 8 and as 4 bathrooms then each couplesee more

Only downside was décor and furnishings are somewhat dates and the villa would benefit from a facelift and some modernisation, however we enjoyed our weeks stay.

2 licht negatieve opmerkingen:
- we hadden herhaaldelijk problemen met de afwasmachines. De belangrijkste in de keuken stopte steeds halverwege de cyclus. Dit bleek te maken te hebben met de installatie van het keukenblok. Een technicus kwam en lsee more

Een technicus kwam en loste dat op, hoewel het probleem zich daarna soms voordeed. De vaatwasser in de eethoek buiten hebben we slechts één keer gebruikt en overstroomde. - Er waren veel muggen in de tuin, wat ons allen veel beten opleverde. Het leek erger te zijn op het grasveld, dus we vermeden dat en het eetgedeelte beneden/buiten. Ik weet niet zeker of dit te maken heeft met de tijd van het jaar waarin we reisden of met de tuin van de villa in het bijzonder. |

Het was comfortabel, schoon en goed uitgerust. Wi fi van goede kwaliteit signaal en zeer effectieve airconditioning. Goede toegang en parkeergelegenheid en redelijk dicht bij alle faciliteiten zoals winkelen, golf en eten. We hadden een groep van see more

We hadden een groep van 8 en als 4 badkamers dan elk paar had hun eigen douche / toilet, dat is een groot pluspunt.

Het enige minpunt is dat het decor en de inrichting wat gedateerd waren en dat de villa een opknapbeurt en wat modernisering nodig had, maar we hebben genoten van ons verblijf
