CASA ANICA IN VILAMOURA
Located in a quiet, spacious and green area of Vilamoura in a wonderfully beautiful part of the Algarve, yet in the vicinity of this cozy seaside resort with allure, you will find the detached Casa Anica. This specific holiday home has a garden with large pine trees, tropical plants and flowers. In the middle of the garden you will also find a large private swimming pool for a refreshing dip during the hot Portuguese days. The garden provides a lot of privacy so you can relax.
This holiday home with private pool in the Algarve is located in a spacious residential area in Vilamoura. This is a special, unique and luxurious place for a wonderful holiday in the Algarve. Here you can feel summer all year round. Vilamoura has one of the largest marinas in Europe and can be compared to that of St. Tropez. In Vilamoura you can play golf, tennis, horseback riding and fishing. You will also find cozy (fish) restaurants, bars and shops here.
The "Old Course" golf course, not far from the villa, is one of the four golf courses of Vilamoura and is one of the best in Portugal. The beaches of Vilamoura and neighboring Falésia are vast and wonderfully beautiful. There is also a very cozy international atmosphere in Vilamoura.
LAYOUT CASA ANICA
Immediately upon entering you feel the pleasant atmosphere. You enter the very spacious living room with cozy dining area. There are two sitting areas with comfortable sofas and chairs. Here you will find a fireplace and satellite television. From the living room you enter the renovated kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds that share a bathroom. There is a bedroom for two people with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the top floor of the villa is also a very spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. There are 3 bathrooms with a bathtub in the villa and one bathroom with shower.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA ANICA
Children can play endlessly on the large lawn, while you enjoy the sun on your comfortable lounger. The holiday home is bright and traditionally furnished and has spacious rooms. From the living room you enter your terrace with seating through the sliding doors. From here you have a beautiful view over the green garden. Next to the pool (12 x 6 m) is also the covered terrace, the traditional barbecue and also an outdoor shower and toilet. At the front of the house you have a spacious private parking space for 3 cars. The villa is also secured with an alarm system.

You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

We are very satisfied with our vacation home, despite being a rather dated house, we had a great time, the house is very spacious, everything we needed was there, beds were good, it was clean.

Outside it was absolutely great, lovely space, nice pool and quiet surroundings. The house is a half hour walk from the sea, therefore we had decided to rent scooters, which was ideal, partly because the traffic is very quiet. We had passed on the first day that 2 garden chairs were broken, they changed them the next day, air conditioning was very noisy, they took care of that right away too, super! - E. Spaanderman |

We had a great vacation. As expected, our expectations were COMPLETELY met. The contacts with your agency were very pleasant. We only heard of the delay when we checked in at Schiphol. The delay was not too bad because the flight time was shorter. Thsee more
We had a great vacation. As expected, our expectations were COMPLETELY met. The contacts with your agency were very pleasant. We only heard of the delay when we checked in at Schiphol. The delay was not too bad because the flight time was shorter. The contact with Silvina was also very pleasant. We did not have to pay a deposit! The final check was just saying goodbye and lasted less than 2 minutes. Also the (interim) cleaning of house, garden and pool was perfect. We had been in the Algarve before.

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons vakantiehuis, ondanks dat het een vrij gedateerd huis is, hebben wij het prima naar ons zin gehad, het huis is zeer ruim, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, bedden lagen goed, het was schoon.

Buiten was het helemaal top, heerlijk veel ruimte, fijn zwembad en een rustige omgeving. Het huis ligt op een half uur lopen van de zee, daarom hadden wij besloten om scooters te huren, dat was ideaal, mede omdat het verkeer heel rustig is. We hadden de eerste dag doorgegeven dat er 2 tuinstoelen stuk waren, die hebben ze de volgende dag verwisseld, airco was zeer luidruchtig, dat hebben ze ook meteen opgepakt, super! - E. Spaanderman |

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Zoals verwacht is VOLLEDIG voldaan aan onze verwachtingen. De contacten met uw bureau waren zeer prettig. Van de vertraging hoorden we pas bij het inchecken op Schiphol. De vertraging viel uiteindelijk mee omdat desee more
We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Zoals verwacht is VOLLEDIG voldaan aan onze verwachtingen. De contacten met uw bureau waren zeer prettig. Van de vertraging hoorden we pas bij het inchecken op Schiphol. De vertraging viel uiteindelijk mee omdat de vluchttijd korter was. Ook de contacten met Silvina waren uiterst prettig. We hoefden geen borg te betalen! De eindcontrole was alleen afscheid nemen en duurde nog geen 2 minuten. Ook de (tussentijdse) schoonmaak van huis, tuin en zwembad was perfect. Wij waren al eerder in de Algarve geweest.
