VILLA EOS HOLIDAY HOME IN VASSILIKI
This is a place where you actually feel like you are in paradise. Panoramic views of the blue ocean like the ones you experience here are almost impossible to find. The villas of Ourania and her family are truly unique. She was one of the first pioneers to rent out villas in an idyllic place like this. Here you can completely relax, unwind and marvel at the view.
The small village of Vassiliki with a nice laid-back atmosphere and excellent restaurants is only 3 km away. Via a path you reach the private beach Ammoudi at about 20 – 30 minutes walk. Ourania’s husband has beautifully designed the villas according to an architectural design so that they seem to blend in with the breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. Each villa has complete privacy and its own private pool with sea view from almost every room.There is also a spacious yoga studio on the estate, where four villas are located. Over the past nine years there have been more than 50 retreats in yoga, pilates etc. The perfect dream location for retreats, ask us about the possibilities. Ourania and her family also provide a delicious Greek breakfast, lunch or dinner on request, all made with fresh organic ingredients.
LAYOUT VILLA EOS
The villa (230 m2) consists of 2 floors and is made of natural materials and local stones from the island. The floors are connected by a wooden internal staircase, but can also be accessed via an external staircase. All rooms have French wooden windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The wooden beams on the first floor are made of pine and cypress. The ground floor features marble and the ceilings are made with traditional white wood from the island itself.
There is an upstairs bedroom with a double bed (1.70 x 2.10 m) and ensuite bathroom with bath, whirlpool, sink and toilet. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds (1.00 x 2.10 m) with ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. On request, a double sofa sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) and an extra single sofa bed (1.00 x 2.00 m) can be added for a surcharge. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is also a washing machine as well as air conditioning and fast wifi.
OUTSIDE VILLA EOS
Villa Eos means 'dawn'. You smell delicious herbs everywhere, because the garden is full of lavender and rosemary. This villa has beautiful panoramic views over the Ionian Sea and there are nice lounge areas everywhere to relax. The great thing about Villa Eos is that all bedrooms lead to the outside terrace and the private pool.

I cannot express enough how peaceful and wonderful this place is. I didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived to the day we left Jason made sure we were happy at the villa. The villa itself was incredibly well laid out. We had 3 teenage boys asee more
I cannot express enough how peaceful and wonderful this place is. I didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived to the day we left Jason made sure we were happy at the villa. The villa itself was incredibly well laid out. We had 3 teenage boys and my mother with us. So the 3 huge bedrooms were perfect. The boys had an extra bed in theirs with still plenty of space.
All the beds are high quality and comfortable. Every room has that gorgeous sea view that you never get bored of. The pool was kept clean by Jason, who gave us so many tips on where to visiteat on the island. All of which we did and were very good. Thanks Jason! The small kitchen on pool level was really convenient to keep cold drinks in while enjoying ourselves in the hot sun. If you decide to make your way down the hillside to the cove/beach please wear suitable shoes and take drinks. It’s a bit of a trek but worth it when you get there. Take your snorkelling gear as there are some pretty fish etc to see. Go earlylater, not at the hottest time of the day. Take the time to sit outside on the upstairs veranda at night and star gaze. There is no light pollution here so there is so much to see in the night sky. The only downside is we had to leave. We hope to go back. Such a wonderful place to get away from it all. - Jennifer |

Wow, what a great location on Lefkada - Vassiliki. We even got married here 10 years ago, but now went back with the family. All villas are great and have a private pool and lovely areas. Contact with Ourania is also very pleasant and all services shsee more

Contact with Ourania is also very pleasant and all services she can help with. Lovely base for a relaxing vacation on Lefkada swimming, sailing, motorboat rental, surfing and beautiful nature. Ideal weather sun but also lovely breeze in the afternoon. Absolutely recommended, we will be back here again. - Wouter

Ik kan niet genoeg uitdrukken hoe vredig en prachtig deze plek is. Ik wilde niet meer weg. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen tot de dag dat we vertrokken zorgde Jason ervoor dat we gelukkig waren in de villa. De villa zelf was perfect ingericht. We hsee more

Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen tot de dag dat we vertrokken zorgde Jason ervoor dat we gelukkig waren in de villa. De villa zelf was perfect ingericht. We hadden 3 tieners en mijn moeder bij ons. Dus de 3 enorme slaapkamers waren perfect. De jongens hadden een extra bed in die van hen met nog steeds genoeg ruimte. Alle bedden zijn van hoge kwaliteit en comfortabel. Elke kamer heeft dat prachtige uitzicht op zee waar je nooit op uitgekeken raakt. Het zwembad werd schoongehouden door Jason, die ons zoveel tips gaf over wat te bezoeken op het eiland. Die we allemaal gedaan hebben en erg goed waren. Bedankt Jason! De kleine keuken op zwembadniveau was echt handig om koude drankjes in te bewaren terwijl we genoten in de hete zon.
Als je besluit om de heuvel af te dalen naar de baai/strand, draag dan geschikte schoenen en neem drinken mee. Het is een beetje een tocht, maar de moeite waard als je er bent. Neem snorkelspullen mee, want er zijn mooie vissen te zien. Ga vroeg, niet op het heetst van de dag. Neem de tijd om 's avonds buiten op de veranda boven te zitten en naar de sterren te kijken. Er is hier geen lichtvervuiling dus er is zoveel te zien aan de nachtelijke hemel. Het enige nadeel is dat we weg moesten. We hopen terug te gaan. Zo'n geweldige vondst. Weg van de belangrijkste toeristische plaatsen, een echt authentieke plek. Villa's brandschoon en hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Het uitzicht en landschap zijn adembenemend. Elke villa heeft een eigen zwembad. - Louise
