VILLA BUENAVISTA HOLIDAY HOME IN TIJARAFE
Villa Buenavista is a delightful luxury villa that offers full comfort. This detached luxury and modern villa with a heated private swimming pool (infinity pool) has a beautiful panoramic view of both the mountains and the sea. The villa is stylishly and modernly furnished and has an enormous garden; no less than 4,000 m2 and is full of beautiful flowers, palm trees and both almond, mango and olive trees. Picking is allowed!
Located in a beautiful green environment near the village of Tijarafe. In the village of Tijarafe you will find supermarkets, good restaurants and a few cosy bars. In the village, which is a 10-minute drive away, there is also a bank and pharmacy. The seaside resort of Tazacorte can be reached by car within 20 minutes. Here you will find a beautiful lava beach with a fishing harbour. The brightly coloured houses form a beautiful contrast with the black sand and blue sea. There is also a boulevard with atmospheric (fish) restaurants, bars and shops.

Upon entering on the first floor, you are in the spacious modern living room with a beautiful wooden ceiling. The living room also has a modern fireplace, two leather sofas, satellite television and a stereo system. The kitchen is located in the same space and is well-equipped with among other things a dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker etc. From the living room, there is access to the spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view. On the ground floor are the bedroom and bathrooms. The bedroom has a large double bed, sufficient storage space and access to the outdoor terrace. In a separate room next to the sauna are two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, two washbasins, a hairdryer and a toilet. In the basement is the 4-person sauna with sanitary room with shower, toilet and washbasin. A washing machine is also present in the villa. Furthermore, the entire villa is equipped with wifi and underfloor heating.

Just a short report on our wonderful vacation in this beautiful house on La Palma. The car rental was perfect. We were asked if instead of a Renault Captur we wanted a Toyota Raf 4 for the same price. You don't turn down this offer for such a beast of a car. The way there was no problem for us with the well set navigation. The contact with Maria was very good. The location of the villa was great for us. The view over the sea was really unique. This was really sea view. The layout of the villa was perfect for us. Upstairs the living area with kitchen. The first floor was divided into 1 large bedroom with bathroom and 1 room with everything you might need. All the way down in the lower house there was a washing machine + dryer. The terrace with swimming pool is on the same floor as the sleeping area, so ideal. The villa is located in a place where there are many hiking trails so ideal for lovers. The contact with Maria was very good, she herself went on vacation to Munich on our day of departure. Because the villa was not rented after us we could stay as long as we wanted on our departure day. Conclusion of this vacation: For us it is perfect, it is so quiet that you only wake up by the birds, if you want to go to town you have to drive 45 minutes. To go out to eat you will also need some time

Panoramico ist der perfekte Name: die Aussicht ist wirklich toll. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet mit großzügiger Raumgestaltung. Top komfortabel für 2. (Es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer ). Auch bei gutem Wetter ist es in dieser Höhe kühl, wir haben deswegen die Fußbodenheizung sehr geschätzt.Es ist wirklich ein Unterschied im Komfort, ob man in einem neuen Haus mit Fußbodenheizung und Kamin seine Zeit verbringt oder in einer Finca mit meist schlecht funktionierenden Heizkörpern. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die großzügige Sauna ( ohne Aufpreis, dafür mit Bademänteln 👍) Außerdem gab es generell viele flauschige Handtücher! Die weitläufige Gartenanlage ist sehr atmosphärisch. Die zwei weiteren Häuser am Grundstück sind gut separiert. Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Großes Lob an die Eigentümer für den Mut in diesem Landstrich zu bauen.... und überdies guten Geschmack zu beweisen. - Karin

Panoramico is de perfecte naam: het uitzicht is echt geweldig. Het huis is licht en ruim. Zeer comfortabel voor 2. (Er is maar één slaapkamer ). Zelfs bij mooi weer is het koel op deze hoogte, dus we waardeerden echt de vloerverwarming. Er is echt eesee more
Panoramico is de perfecte naam: het uitzicht is echt geweldig. Het huis is licht en ruim. Zeer comfortabel voor 2. (Er is maar één slaapkamer ). Zelfs bij mooi weer is het koel op deze hoogte, dus we waardeerden echt de vloerverwarming. Er is echt een verschil in comfort tussen tijd doorbrengen in een nieuw huis met vloerverwarming en een open haard of in een finca met meestal slecht werkende radiatoren. Een bijzonder hoogtepunt is de ruime sauna (geen extra kosten, wel met badjassen 👍) en er waren over het algemeen veel zachte handdoeken! De ruime tuin is zeer sfeervol. De twee andere huizen op het terrein zijn goed gescheiden. Privacy is gegarandeerd. Grote lof voor de eigenaren dat ze de moed hebben gehad om op deze hoogte te bouwen.... en bovendien van goede smaak getuigen - Karin

Even een kort verslag over onze heerlijke vakantie in dit mooie huis op La Palma. De autohuur was perfect. Er werd ons gevraagd of we in plaats van een Renault Captur een Toyota Raf 4 voor dezelfde prijs wilde hebben. Dit aanbod voor zo’n beest van een auto sla je niet af. De weg er naartoe was voor ons met de goed ingestelde navigatie geen probleem. Het contact met Maria was zeer goed. De ligging van de villa was voor ons geweldig. Het uitzicht over zee was werkelijk uniek te noemen. Dit was echt zeezicht. De indeling van de villa was voor ons perfect. Boven het woongedeelte met keuken. De benedenverdieping was ingedeeld in 1 grote slaapkamer met badkamer en 1 kamer waar van alles in stond wat je eventueel nodig had. Helemaal beneden in het onderhuis was een wasmachine + droger aanwezig. Het terras met zwembad is op dezelfde verdieping als op het slaapgedeelte, ideaal dus. De villa ligt op een plek waar heel veel wandelroutes zijn dus ideaal voor de liefhebbers. Het contact met Maria was heel goed, zelf ging ze op onze vertrekdag op vakantie naar München. Omdat de villa na ons toch niet verhuurd was mochten wij op de vertrekdag net zo lang blijven als we wilden. Conclusie van deze vakantie: Voor ons perfect, Het is er zo stil dat je alleen door de vogels gewekt wordt, als je naar de stad wil moet je 45 minuten rijden. Om te gaan uit eten ben je ook wel even bezig.
