VILLA ERINI IN SPARTOCHORI
Villa Erini is a beautiful stone villa with a spacious private pool and spectacular views of the sea and the island of Scorpios. The villa has a unique location, you can walk to two pebble beaches. Villa Erina is situated in an extremely quiet location, yet only a short distance from the picturesque village of Spartochori. This villa has a colourful and cosy interior where you will quickly feel at home. On the balcony or under the veranda you will wake up with a good cup of coffee and the beautiful view.
Villa Erini is situated near Spartochori. In this picturesque village you will find many narrow streets with many shops, tavernas, cafes and bars. Spartochori is located on a cliff above Port Spilia on the island of Meganissi. The water at the beaches is very clear and you can even choose to explore the water by boat. You can also sail and practice water sports. From the island of Lefkas it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Meganisi, a breathtakingly beautiful island.
LAYOUT VILLA ERINI
The spacious villa Erini is divided over two floors and offers plenty of comfort. The living room is tastefully furnished and has a sitting area, television, fireplace and dining area. The open kitchen with island is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, washing machine, filter and espresso coffee maker, kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils. From this living space you have direct access to the terrace. A separate toilet with washbasin is available on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with its own entrance for extra privacy. Bathroom 1 has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
Via the wooden stairs you reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 2 has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bathroom 3 has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. From both bedrooms you have access to the balcony, here you have beautiful sea views. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. In addition to air conditioning there are also ceiling fans.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ERINI
The outdoor life of Villa Erini is fantastic. The large private pool is located on a spacious, stone terrace and is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. A barbecue and dining table are also provided so you can dine alfresco together. Because of the high trees surrounding the villa, you will have a lot of privacy. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the blue Ionian Sea and the green Princes Islands at all times. Outside, you will also find a small chapel named after St. Irene. Fancy a day at the beach? There are two pebble beaches with azure sea water at walking distance from the villa.
