VILLA SIVOTA HOLIDAY HOME IN SIVOTA
This detached design villa with infinity pool is located on an estate of seven almost identical villas. Villa Sivota has a breathtaking sea view and is surrounded by greenery. Here you will experience lots of peace and privacy. The villas are designed by an architect with a beautiful result. Each villa is on one level and equipped with lots of luxury and comfort. When will you discover this idyllic spot?
Sivota is one of the most beautiful villages of Lefkada. It is located in a picturesque bay with many sailing boats. The many restaurants are located along the water. There is so much choice that you can eat in a different restaurant every night. There are 3 small supermarkets in the village. Lefkada is known for its beautiful beaches. Atelli beach and Amoussa beach are only a 15 minute drive away. In the village you can rent boats, with which you can explore the surrounding islands. In the spring and autumn you can enjoy walking on the island.
LAYOUT VILLA SIVOTA
This detached villa has lots of light and sea views from every room. The villa is very stylishly furnished using modern design. There is a spacious living room with smart TV '43, sitting area, open kitchen and dining area. The large triple glazed windows provide a panoramic view of the pool and the sea beyond. There are two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) each with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Slippers and bathrobes are also provided for optimal comfort. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 children. The villa is equipped with a climate control system.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA SIVOTA
From your terrace you will continue to marvel at the unique view of the sea and the many sailing boats that you see sailing past in the distance. Take a dip in your own swimming pool (infinity pool) or relax on the sunbeds around the pool. There is an outdoor shower and a nice lounge area. There is also a barbecue and dining area on the terrace. The pool has a special low water section for children. You walk to several restaurants. The port of Sivota with nice shops and excellent fish restaurants is 2 km away. Beautiful beaches can be reached within a few minutes' drive. Villa Sivota has a private parking space.

Forth one this year, and many more I hope. I love Lefkada genuinely and I have been having my holidays on this island more than a decade. The island has many beautiful places that you can visit and see, but such quietness, view and good service (most important thing) a few of them really do. Villas are beautiful, very well organised yard and a beautiful pool which will put your holidays on a REAL DEAL level. Not only worth of try, but for many a base for future holidays on his island. De villa is perfect voor twee stellen of een gezin met twee kinderen, met twee badkamers en voldoende privacy. Voldoende schaduw, een heerlijk zwembad, en een geweldig uitzicht over de Ionische zee!

Het uitzicht en de rust van deze villa's zijn niet uit te leggen tot je ze ziet. Ik garandeer je dat je van deze plek gaat houden, en dat je elke zomer terugkomt, net als ik. De eerste dit jaar, en ik hoop nog vele anderen. Ik hou echt van Lefkas en see more
Het uitzicht en de rust van deze villa's zijn niet uit te leggen tot je ze ziet. Ik garandeer je dat je van deze plek gaat houden, en dat je elke zomer terugkomt, net als ik. De eerste dit jaar, en ik hoop nog vele anderen. Ik hou echt van Lefkas en ik heb al meer dan tien jaar mijn vakanties op dit eiland doorgebracht. Het eiland heeft veel mooie plaatsen die je kunt bezoeken en bekijken, maar zo'n rust, uitzicht en goede service (het belangrijkste) hebben er maar weinig. Villa's zijn prachtig, zeer goed onderhouden tuin en een prachtig zwembad die je vakantie op een hoogwaardig niveau tillen. Niet alleen het proberen waard, maar voor velen een uitvalsbasis voor toekomstige vakanties op dit eiland. Proost! - Jonas
