Description
This beautiful house of recent construction, located between Santa Gertrudis and San Mateo, offering peace and tranquility, while being close to the main leisure sites (15 minutes from Ibiza Town by car) and the Ibizan beaches such as Cala Salada or Cala Gracio (10 minutes by car).
Distribution on a single floor:
Dining room with table for 6-8 people, satellite TV, fireplace, large windows that lead to the large terrace in front of the house and the pool.
Separate fully equipped kitchen with laundry and storage room (with separate entrance).
1 master bedroom with a 1.50 x 2m bed, bathroom with shower en-suite, dressing room
1 bedroom with a 1.35 x 2m bed.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (one bed of 1.10 x 1.90m and another of 0.90 x 1.90m).
These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower located in the corridor.
The whole house has air conditioning and also a cot and high chair.
Outside: saltwater pool surrounded by grass, fruit trees, 6 sun loungers, ping-pong table. There is also a large terrace with an al fresco dining area and a sofa area, protected by diaphanous curtains and a Balinese bed.
Complete cleaning every 7 days.

In the kitchen there are very many ants , this was also a problem 2 years ago . Every day we went ant hunting :-).
The parking lot itself was not well maintained . Very many weeds , gave a sloppy impression when arriving .

I did email Eco Ibiza to inquire if we could check in sooner if possible as we had a child and it would of been nice to of got settled as we arrived in the morning and could not check in till 3
