Description
Beautiful farm in the countryside 3.5 km from Santa Eulalia and 4km from the beaches of Cala Pada, S'Argamassa and Es Canar, as well as those of Santa Eulalia. Huge land around the house. The farm consists of 2 independent houses.
The first house, renovated in 2006, has 4 bedrooms.
With entrance through a typical Ibizan porch used as a living room with satellite TV, which gives access to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Ground floor bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom en suite.
1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower en suite.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds that shares a third full bathroom.
Upper floor bedroom: 1 double bedroom.
A small house for 5-6 people consisting of a spacious living room with an open kitchen. A bathroom with a shower.
3 bedrooms: one double with bathroom en suite, another double and a third small with a trundle bed for two people.
At the back there is a porch with a barbecue next to a hundred-year-old country house (pending rehabilitation). In front of the house there is an area with built-in seats, plants and garden furniture. On a higher level is the pool area with hammocks, parasol, shower and a pool of 11 x 5.5 meters that is shared with the other house.
In total, the villa has 2 bbq areas, large outdoor areas, as well as a multisport court and a ping-pong table.

Good villa located north of the island. We did not know this side of Ibiza and it helped us discover a side of the island that is hidden with so much disco and party.

Very beautiful villa with a traditional architecture of Ibiza. The soccer field was the star of the holiday, spending long times there before jumping into the pool.
