VILLA DULCEA HOLIDAY HOME IN SAN ANTONIO
Villa Dulcea is a beautiful detached villa with private pool and wide panoramic views. The special feature of this holiday home is the 400-year-old tower which provides a unique style. The white thick walls provide cooling in summer. Nice details are the high ceilings with wood from the juniper that grows on the island. The private pool is fenced and wonderfully large (10 x 5 m). You can cool down on the many terraces under the trees. There is a lovely lounge area and the beach and the town of San Antonio are 3.5 km away. Here you will experience plenty of peace and privacy while being able to visit the hustle and bustle in no time.
LAYOUT VILLA DULCEA
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with satellite TV, stereo and direct access to the terrace, swimming pool and barbecue area. From the living room you have access to two bedrooms, both with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). From the living room you also have access to the spacious kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower, toilet and washbasin.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and one with a double bed (200 x 200 cm). Three bedrooms have ceiling fans. The other bedroom has a wall fan. Wifi is available throughout the villa.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA DULCEA
The outdoor living at Villa Dulcea is perfect. Upstairs is an open, covered lounge terrace with wide views. The ideal place to watch the sunrise and sunset. There is a lovely large private pool (10 x 5 m). The pool is fenced which is safe for little ones. Besides several nice terraces under the trees, there is also a lounge bed. The barbecue area also has a sink. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach many beautiful beaches and the town of San Antonio.

Minimum stay of 4 nights possible. Arrival possible every day of the week. Ask us for the available prices and period.

At the outdoor area near the bbq there were a lot of (biting) insects. We have left some insect spray, which we bought ourselves. Perhaps you can get some more products for aftercare/candles against flies and leave this in the house for the guests.

Great location, secluded. Lovely pool and pleasant seating areas in different places. Good BBQ area . The villa was clean and there were plenty of towels/bath towels provided. Well equipped and on arrival nice cold beers and wine in the fridge!
