VILLA SAN AGUSTÍN IN SAN AGUSTÍN
Villa San Agustín is a beautiful old finca of 300 years old located in walking distance (300 m) from the idyllic town of San Agustín. Recently, the villa has been renovated while retaining the original features of the old Finca. It offers lots of luxury and comfort. Here you will be able to completely relax. Take a dip in the infinity pool (10m x 5m) and enjoy the panoramic views of the green hills and the deep blue sea. With 300 m2 house and a surrounding estate of 15,000 m2, this is the perfect location for families.
Only 300 m from the villa is the village of San Agustín. So just a few minute walk. San Agustín is one of the best preserved villages of Ibiza, where you can experience the traditional, rustic atmosphere of the island. Here you will find beautiful, authentic houses and from the church square you have a spectacular view over the inland of Ibiza. In San Agustín you will find a few nice eateries and a small supermarket where you can get some groceries.
If you are looking for something else, you will find the village of San José just 4 km away. San José has a good selection of stores, boutiques and restaurants. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and ATM. In addition, you will also find plenty of culture here: beautiful houses in Ibizan architecture and typical local bars. We recommend the weekly market on Saturday. This market is intended to promote local products, so you will find beautiful ceramic souvenirs as well as fruit, vegetables and fresh bread here. Day at the beach? The best beaches on the west coast are all less than 10 km from the villa.
LAYOUT VILLA SAN AGUSTÍN
Villa San Agustín is detached and has one floor. This 300 year old villa has been tastefully renovated. The L-shaped living room with drawing room has a fireplace, comfortable sofas and satellite television (with English channels). There is a separate dining room with dining table for 8 and patiodoors to a covered outdoor terrace. The large country kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Villa San Agustín offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms (1,2) have two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom and has a double bed and patio doors to the outside leading to a small terrace. In the en suite bathroom of this bedroom you will find a toilet, shower, sink and hydro massage system. The last bedroom (5) is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance. This room has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and double sink. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and jacuzzi. The villa has wifi and air conditioning.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA SAN AGUSTÍN
The surrounding garden and terraces are perhaps the most beautiful thing Villa San Agustín has to offer. The 15,000 m2 estate is almost completely fenced and gives a sense of space and freedom. The garden is full of tropical trees and plants. In front of the villa, you will find a small terrace with a stone barbecue. However, you will spend most of your time at the back of the house. Here you find the sun terrace with private infinity pool (10m x 5m).
The view is spectacular: green hills and a deep blue sea. Around the pool there are 10 sun beds, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is also a large covered dining area here with a table for 10 people. From the terrace you can take a staircase to a lounge area with wooden decking, where you can sit back and relax in the shade. The location of the villa is ideal: you can walk to the village of San Agustín and if you want to go out, you are in San José (4 km) or at the beach (<10 km) within minutes. The house has a parking lot suitable for 4 cars (partly roofed).

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this amazing villa and I hope it won’t be our last. The villa itself is spacious, cool and clean and is laid out perfectly for a group of familyfriends. The pool is well kept and inviting surrounded by areas of sun and shade and there are plenty of sun loungers. The BBQ area is a real feature and a great place to relax together with food and cocktails.We hired a car and visited many of the villages and beaches recommended to us. We highly recommend this villa.

De villa is geweldig: uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om je thuis te voelen, volledig ingericht met veel smaak.Het strand is op 5 minuten met de auto, maar je kunt ook besluiten om binnen te blijven en een ontspannen dag bij het zwembad te hebbsee more

De villa zelf is ruim, koel en schoon en is perfect ingericht voor een groep familie/vrienden. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden en uitnodigend omgeven door zones met zon en schaduw en er zijn voldoende ligstoelen. Het BBQ gebied is een echte functie en een geweldige plek om samen te ontspannen met eten en cocktails.We huurden een auto en bezochten veel van de dorpen en stranden aanbevolen aan ons. We raden deze villa ten zeerste aan.
