FINCA CAN FAYE HOLIDAYHOME IN RIOGORDO
Finca Can Faye is a detached Spanish dream villa located in a heavenly spot for 6 persons. Surrounded by olive trees, you will experience lots of privacy. Finca Can Faye is entirely on one level. As soon as you enter the driveway, you feel the peace and serenity. You wake up here with only the sound of birds. The wonderfully large windows provide plenty of natural light and panoramic views from almost every room. The spacious outdoor terrace is rich in tropical plants and colourful flowers. Around the private pool are several nice sitting areas. Finca Can Faye has been stylishly decorated using natural materials and plenty of luxury and comfort. A place that truly inspires.
Finca Can Faye is located in the immediate vicinity of Riogordo. A fairly undiscovered gem in the Andalusia region. The surroundings are truly breathtakingly beautiful. This atmospheric village, with its characteristic whitewashed houses, has a rich cultural heritage. Every Sunday there is a traditional market selling local products such as olive oil, honey and wine. The sandy beach of Torre del Mar is a 25-minute drive away. Cities such as Malaga and Antequera at 30 minutes.

LAYOUT FINCA CAN FAYE
Finca Can Faye is entirely on one level. Because of the large windows and many shades of white, the owners have created lots of light. The cosy living room with open kitchen has a sofa, armchairs and a television. The spacious dining area with unique panoramic views is perhaps the nicest place of all. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, plenty of utensils etc.
There are three bedrooms, two with double beds (160 x 200) and one with two single beds (90 x 200). All three bathrooms are spacious with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathrooms have separate heaters and radiators for drying towels. Mosquito nets are provided for the bathroom windows. Excellent Wi-Fi is available and air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in all rooms. There is a washing machine in a separate room outside. Heating: pellet stove and air conditioning (hot/cold).
From June 2025, there will be a brand new outdoor kitchen! During 2025, there will also be a boules court and stargazing. Staying at Finca Can Faye is more than just holidaying, it is an experience.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF FINCA CAN FAYE
In the very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden is the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) surrounded by four nice sunbeds and seats under the thatched umbrellas. The pool has several pool accessories you can make use of. There is a covered terrace with a spacious dining area with eight chairs under which you can enjoy communal meals. You can relax in the new lounge area. Since April 2025, there has been a brand new outdoor kitchen, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors at Finca can Faye. There is also a fine lounge sofa outside. You will continue to marvel at the beautiful wide views and all the olive trees around you.
During 2025, there will also be a boules court and stargazing. Staying at Finca Can Faye is more than just holidaying, it's an experience.

Rituals in the bathrooms is a nice surprise. Kitchen is well equipped, everything is there. Outside are many seating areas, there is always a place in the sunshade. Pool is nice and big and the garden nicely landscaped. It is nice and quiet and if you want a day away, the highway is not far away. |

Just a week away for the 80th birthday of "our dad", and that you are in this super nice wide spot, that's like a dream. Your very nice house fully equipped, with many seats everywhere and the beautiful views from the 'conservatory' and the wonderful bedrooms with bathrooms make it complete. It took some getting used to the very 'modern lighting' but you quickly solved that for us (by the way, also due to the fine contact with Rasmin and Jolien). We enjoyed the surroundings, the beautiful villages, small roads, the fatbikes, the rain, the wind, the sun and the cold pool. In short: we had a great time.

Rituals in de badkamers is een fijne verrassing. Keuken is goed uitgerust, alles is er. Buiten zijn veel zitjes, er is altijd een plekje in de zon of de schaduw. Zwembad is mooi groot en de tuin mooi aangelegd. Het is er heerlijk rustig en als je een dagje weg wilt, is de snelweg niet ver weg. |

Even een weekje er tussenuit voor de 80e verjaardag van ‘ons pap’, en dat je dan op deze super mooie weidse plek terecht komt, dat is als een droom. Jullie erg mooie huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, met de vele zitjes overal en de mooie uitzichten see more

Jullie erg mooie huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, met de vele zitjes overal en de mooie uitzichten vanuit de ‘serre’ en de heerlijke slaap- met badkamers maken het geheel compleet. Het was wel even wennen aan de zeer ‘moderne verlichting’ maar dat hebben jullie snel voor ons opgelost (overigens mede door het fijne contact met Rasmin en Jolien). We hebben genoten van de omgeving, de mooie dorpjes, kleine weggetjes, de fatbikes, de regen, wind, de zon en het koude zwembad. Samengevat: we hebben het super naar onze zin gehad.

Vanaf de luchthaven is het ongeveer 45 minuten rijden om in de oase van rust aan te komen. Zodra de poort opengaat kom je aan op de beschutte parkeerplaats en heb je meteen een overzicht van de tuin. Wat een weelde aan groen en bloeiende planten. Het zwembad ligt er uitnodigend bij. De zonnestoelen maken het plaatje compleet om even tot rust te komen. Het terrein is afgeschermd en biedt veel privacy. Zodra je binnenkomt dan krijg je een warm gevoel, aan de inrichting en sfeer is hard gewerkt. De finca is tot in de finesses luxe en straalt pure liefde uit. De geur van Rituals. De producten kun je vinden in de 2 badkamers. De bedden zijn heerlijk, perfecte matrassen in combinatie met de airco zorgen voor een goede nachtrust. De keuken is compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is nieuw en er is voldoende bestek en glazen voor 6 personen. Heerlijk om na een diner aan de grote tafel alles in de vaatwasser te kunnen zetten. Wil je boodschappen doen? Ga dan naar de Suma en koop groot in zodat je niet van het terrein hoeft. Wil je erop uit? Ga dan naar Malaga stad of bezoek de locals.

From the airport it is about a 45-minute drive to arrive at the oasis of tranquility. As soon as the gate opens you arrive in the sheltered parking lot and immediately have an overview of the garden. What a wealth of greenery and flowering plants. The pool is inviting. The sun loungers complete the picture to unwind. The grounds are fenced and offer a lot of privacy. As soon as you enter you get a warm feeling, the interior and atmosphere have been worked hard. The finca is luxurious in every detail and radiates pure love. The scent of Rituals. The products can be found in the 2 bathrooms. The beds are lovely, perfect mattresses combined with the air conditioning ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully furnished and fully equipped. Everything is new and there is enough cutlery and glasses for 6 people. Lovely to be able to put everything in the dishwasher after dinner at the big table. Want to do some shopping? Then go to the Suma and buy big so you don't have to leave the grounds. Want to go out? Then go to Malaga cityvisit the locals.
We will definitely come back. 4 nights is short, because this region has everything to offer. Beach, culture, tranquility, nature, friendliness and always nice weather. Chapeau for Marjolein and Henk for offering this finca at Casita Travel. |
