VILLA BOTANICO IN PUNTAGORDA
Villa Botanico is a detached dream villa with a heated private pool on La Palma, located on an estate of no less than 20,000 m2 in Puntagorda. As soon as you enter the driveway you can taste the peace and serenity. You wake up here with endless views over the Atlantic Ocean and only the sound of birds. The spacious outdoor terrace is rich in tropical plants and colourful flowers surrounding the pond. The friendly and hospitable owners have transformed the villa into a real dream location. They gained inspiration during their many travels. Both inside and out, the influences from Tuscany, Morocco and South Africa seem to flow together perfectly. Villa Botanico is very stylishly furnished using warm tones and plenty of luxury and comfort. You will find many unique works of art in almost every room.
Villa Botanico is located in the immediate vicinity of Puntagorda. This area is one of the most beautiful nature reserves on the island. Here you will find dozens of almond and nispero trees, various fruit trees and colourful flowers; a beautiful area to spend your holiday.
LAYOUT VILLA BOTANICO
Villa Botanico has two floors. The living room is spacious with a wooden ceiling, television, fireplace, sofa, luxurious armchairs and chaise longue. The spacious kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and sufficient kitchen utensils.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed and patio doors to the terrace.
On the first floor is the third bedroom (suite) with an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom again has a double bed, luxurious armchairs, a beautiful wooden floor, a fireplace and a balcony with a sea view. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious sink, bath and toilet. Beautiful works of art can be found in this bathroom as well as in the garden and living room. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the villa. A washing machine is also included.
OUTDOOR LIVING VILLA BOTANICO IN PUNTAGORDA
There are endless walks you can take on the enormous estate. On the spacious botanical outdoor terrace, you can enjoy the sun on the sunbeds and take a dip in your own heated infinity pool, followed by a delicious dinner on your own terrace. Both from the many outdoor terraces and from your balcony you have a breathtaking view of the blue ocean. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and the beautiful starry sky above you. Everywhere you will find nice seats to relax with a book or simply to marvel at the view.
The centre of Puntagorda is a 5-minute drive from Villa Botanico with a supermarket, bakery, several restaurants and a number of bars with terraces.

The house: to feel good - wonderfully furnished, comfortable beds, everything available in the kitchen. And everything is extremely lovingly cared for. The property: simply fantastic. You need days to discover everything. Gardener Oscar keeps everything in order without you noticing his presence. The view of the sea and the sunset: incomparable! The contact with the renters: very friendly and uncomplicated. One has immediate trust! Of the many holiday homes we have rented, this villa has rapidly moved up to number 1. There were tears when we said goodbye - that means something to us. So: let's go! - couple on honeymoon |

We've just had a great stay for two weeks stay at Villa Botanico: the villa itself is really beatifull, large, and very well equiped, and extremely clean.
The garden is huge, with many colored flowers, tropical plants, trees and a superb swimming posee more
We've just had a great stay for two weeks stay at Villa Botanico: the villa itself is really beatifull, large, and very well equiped, and extremely clean.
The garden is huge, with many colored flowers, tropical plants, trees and a superb swimming pool, huge, amazing views on the blue blue sea and the moutains back. It's all very quiet, perfect for resting and living in peace in nature, almost in a dream! The village of Puntagorda is 2 minutes drive with shops and all stuff. From that point you can visit the mountains, the forests,go down at the beaches (Tazacorte for instance)anywhere in the Island. We loved that place because of the quality of the villa, the garden, the swimming pool, and the efficiency of the employees (Marion the lady who welcomed us is very friendly, the gardeners who look after the garden every 2 days, the housewifes etc...). We'd really appreciated La Palma Island for the authenticity, no mass tourism, very calm, real people, real life in contryside. We hope to come back soon, meanwhile we have to go back to work! - Laure |

The villa and the surrounding property are exactly as described a paradise for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty, with an extra dose of Moroccan touch.
We particularly loved the exquisite and lush garden area, providing several shaded places with small tables and chairs. The extensive pool terrace is equally terrific the site of many attempts to capture the daily manifestations of each stunning sunset. The views towards the ocean are completely unobstructed and the immediate environment is very quiet. We wished that we could stay longer! - Thomas |

Het huis: om je goed te voelen - heerlijk ingericht, comfortabele bedden, alles aanwezig in de keuken. En alles uiterst liefdevol verzorgd. De woning: gewoonweg fantastisch. Je hebt dagen nodig om alles te ontdekken. Tuinman Oscar houdt alles in orde zonder dat je zijn aanwezigheid merkt. Het uitzicht op de zee en de zonsondergang: adembenemend! Het contact met de verhuurders: zeer vriendelijk en ongecompliceerd. Je hebt meteen vertrouwen! Van de vele vakantiehuizen die we hebben gehuurd, is deze villa snel opgeklommen naar nummer 1. We hebben net een geweldig verblijf van twee weken gehad in Villa Botanico: de villa zelf is echt prachtig, groot, en zeer goed uitgerust, en extreem schoon.

We hebben net een geweldig verblijf van twee weken gehad in Villa Botanico: de villa zelf is echt prachtig, groot, en zeer goed uitgerust, en extreem schoon.
De tuin is enorm, met veel gekleurde bloemen, tropische planten, bomen en een prachtig zwembad, enorm, geweldig uitzicht op de blauwe zee en de bergen achteraan. Het is allemaal heel rustig, perfect om uit te rusten en in alle rust in de natuur te leven, bijna in een droom! Het dorp Puntagorda ligt op 2 minuten rijden met winkels en alle spullen. Vanaf dat punt kun je de bergen en de bossen bezoeken, of naar de stranden gaan (Tazacorte bijvoorbeeld) of waar dan ook op het eiland. We hielden van deze plek vanwege de kwaliteit van de villa, de tuin, het zwembad, en de efficiëntie van het personeel (Marion, de dame die ons ontving is erg vriendelijk, de tuinmannen die om de 2 dagen de tuin verzorgen, de huisvrouwen etc...). We hebben het eiland La Palma erg gewaardeerd om de authenticiteit, geen massatoerisme, erg rustig, echte mensen, het echte leven. We hopen snel terug te komen, ondertussen moeten we weer aan het werk! - Laure |

Contact was perfect: heel duidelijk en snel. Ontvangst was redelijk, de mevrouw die de incheck deed was gehaast en kortaf, wellicht doordat het druk was op de wisseldag. Woning was boven onze verwachtingen. Ligging is mooi, maar wel afgelegen en dus see more

We hielden vooral van de prachtige en weelderige tuin, met verschillende schaduwrijke plaatsen met kleine tafels en stoelen. Het grote terras bij het zwembad is al even geweldig - de plek waar vele pogingen werden ondernomen om de dagelijkse manifestaties van elke prachtige zonsondergang vast te leggen. Het uitzicht op de oceaan is volledig vrij en de directe omgeving is zeer rustig. We wensten dat we langer konden blijven! - Thomas |
