VILLA YANA IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Yana is a detached villa with stunning sea views from the roof terrace. The villa is all on one level and has a private heated swimming pool and separate children's pool. The golden sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are less than 2 km from the villa. You can easily walk to the old harbor with several good restaurants and nice bars. Villa Yana is located in a quiet green residential area, where you experience the peace and space of your own villa while you can look up the crowds.
In the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen are three golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, which is located along the boulevard. A relatively less crowded beach is Playa de Pocillos, where you have plenty of space and in proportion a lot more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then turns into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT VILLA YANA
There are seven steps from the street to the main entrance of the villa but there is also a flat area with a path without steps leading to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, iron and washing machine. The living room is spacious and bright with two 2-seater sofas, TV, wifi and a large sliding door that leads outside. There are two bedrooms both with double bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds and patio doors that lead to the pool. The villa has two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet and sink. Bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower with toilet, washbasin and a make-up mirror. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. A washing machine is also available.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS
This holiday home is surrounded by greenery and has both a covered and open terrace. There is a lot of privacy. The villa is located almost at the end of a dead end road, which provides a lot of tranquility. The heated private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun beds and the garden furniture is of excellent quality. There is a separate children's pool for the little ones. There is also a built-in BBQ with an outdoor dining area. The villa also has a roof terrace from where you have a beautiful view of the sea.

During peak seasons (Easter, July/August & Christmas/New Year), we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. During other seasons, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
During July, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Monday. During the other months, arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were lots of helpful items such as the comfy furniture, dishwasher, lots of equipment in the kitchen that made the stay a home from home. The views from the rooftop were amazing and the location perfect for a stroll see more

Villa Pippa is a lovely holiday home. Detached and located in the beautiful green villa neighbourhood 'Los Mojones' in Puerto del Carmen. This holiday home has a heated private swimming pool with Roman steps. The covered outdoor terrace provides shade on sun-drenched days. Villa Pippa is located a short distance from the boulevard and beaches of Puerto del Carmen. You can walk to the harbour in 15 minutes (950 m) with various restaurants and terraces. LAYOUT VILLA PIPPA
Villa Pippa is entirely ground floor, except for two small stairs that provide access to the holiday home. The living room is spacious with two comfortable leather sofas, an armchair and satellite television (Sony Bravia). The kitchen is spacious and equipped with, among other things, a breakfast bar, 4-burner electric hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and sufficient kitchen utensils. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (king-size) with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and double washbasin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is also equipped with air conditioning. Bedroom three has two single beds and air conditioning is also present here. The second bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin. In a separate room, there is a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The villa is entirely on one level. There are three steps leading to the heated private swimming pool (5.6 x 3.5 m, depth: 1.2 - 1.7 m) and the sun terrace. The rectangular pool and sun terrace are completely private. There is a barbecue area and a covered terrace that also provides cooling on hot summer days. Multiple sunbeds are located around the pool. You can walk to the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen.
