Villa Puerto Calero is a beautiful detached villa with a heated private swimming pool. This stunning holiday home is located in the popular marina of Puerto Calero. The veranda is the ideal place to seek cooling on warm summer days. The swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, is slightly lower and accessible via a small staircase. Here you experience the peace and space of your own villa while being able to easily seek out the hustle and bustle. You can walk to the centre of Puerto Calero in 5 minutes. The sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are a 5-minute drive away.
Puerto Calero with its spacious marina and lively boulevard full of restaurants, shops and bars is a nice place to have a drink on a terrace. There is also a weekly market. Some restaurants serve very delicious food. At cafe Le Parissiene they serve good coffee and cakes. Enjoy a day at the beach? You can drive to the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen with three beautiful sandy beaches within a few minutes.
LAYOUT VILLA PUERTO CALERO
This holiday home is all on one level. The open living and dining room are tastefully furnished and have French doors leading to the swimming pool and garden, providing the room with plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV. There is also a Bluetooth soundbar and wifi. For cool winter evenings, a pellet stove is present. The kitchen is well-equipped with built-in stainless steel electric oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker (filter & Dolce Gusto), toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a separate area for the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, double washbasin, bath and separate shower and French doors leading to the terrace. Bedrooms two and three both have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, double washbasin and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The enclosed garden and swimming pool offer complete privacy. In the enclosed garden you will find spacious sun terraces with sun loungers around the heated private swimming pool. An outdoor shower is also present. There are pleasant seating areas everywhere, both in the sun and under the veranda. The large barbecue is perfect for delightful long summer evenings.

Overall the Villa was very comfortable, well equipped and in a good location. Pool worked well for our 3 year old grandchild as it was shallow. The surrounding area was very quiet with only a small amount of noise in the early evening from the sport see more

Grote ruime villa in doodlopende straat. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf en de villa was goed uitgerust. Een beetje lawaai van het achterliggende sportcentrum en ook lawaai van bouwwerkzaamheden een paar wegen verderop. Bergafwaarts lopen naar see more

Een beetje lawaai van het achterliggende sportcentrum en ook lawaai van bouwwerkzaamheden een paar wegen verderop. Bergafwaarts lopen naar jachthaven met goede restaurants en kleine supermarkt. Wees ervan bewust dat er twee percelen aan het einde van de weg zijn die moeten worden ontwikkeld tot twee villa's, maar er zijn nog geen werkzaamheden. - Jan
