VILLA KATE IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Kate is a luxury villa with private heated pool in Lanzarote located in the exclusive villa area "Los Mojones" near the old port of the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen. Here you will find no less than three beautiful golden sandy beaches.Layout of this luxury villa with private heated pool With no less than a heated private pool and hot tub, you will not lack luxury and comfort. The beach and boulevard are 1,5 km (15 min. walk) away.
The living room is very spacious with various sofas, luxury armchairs, desk, television, DVD player, iPod docking station, dining area and patio doors to it outside terrace.The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, sufficient kitchen utensils and a water purification system so you are always clean can drink drinking water from the tap. In a separate room you will find one washing machine and freezer.
LAYOUT VILLA KATE
Bedroom 1 has two single beds (made up as double bed), an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and access to the outside terrace. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have two single beds (made up as a double bed) and access to a private outside terrace at the back of the villa. The third bedroom has one television with DVD player in the bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 4 has two Single beds. The third bathroom has a bath, shower, two sinks and toilet. Wifi is also available throughout the villa. The kitchen has air conditioning. All bedrooms also have air conditioning (hot / cold).
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA KATE
The outdoor life of Villa Kate is perfect. On the huge outdoor terrace with lounge and garden set you can enjoy the first rays of the sun in the morning. The private pool (7.5 x 3.5 m, 1 - 1.5 m deep) is electrically heated from November to April. An outdoor shower is not lacking. You can grill delicious fresh fish or vegetables on the stone barbecue. The luxurious hot tub makes the stay complete. There is a private one private parking space. There is a flat section next to the stairs to the entrance to reach the villa.

Lovely swimming pool, large jacuzzi, large terrace, several seating areas, so you can always sit in the sun or shade. The owner has been by a few times (called nicely to ask if he could pick up something) and has given us some tips. House does need attention, lots of mold in the skylight and even the plaster is coming off the wall. The gathering with the children and supporters was very nice. Too bad all the streets were so steep, difficult with shopping bags

The villa has everything you need. However, we would have preferred 2 x single beds instead of one big bed. But it was ok. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were grandiose. Fantastic villa and especially for the kids. Lots of privacy and just enough away frosee more

Het huis is ruim en zeker voor 8 personen goed bewoonbaar. 3 badkamers, 3 toiletten, grote keuken ( met zee-uitzicht). Heerlijk zwembad, grote jacuzzi, groot terras, diverse zitjes, zodat je altijd in de zon of schaduw kan zitten. De eigenaar is een see more

De eigenaar is een paar keer langs geweest ( belde netjes aan om te vragen of hij iets mocht ophalen) en heeft ons nog wat tips gegeven. Het heerlijke klimaat, strand, goede restaurants en de highligts hebben er een heerlijke week van gemaakt. Prachtig groot huis, ruimschoots van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging: prachtig, volledig vrij en uitzicht op de zee

Huis verdient wel aandacht, veel schimmel in de lichtkoepel en zelf het pleisterwerk komt van de muur. Het samenzijn met het kinderen en aanhang was wel erg fijn. Jammer dat alle straten zo steil waren, lastig met boodschappentassen
