VILLA JUNE IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa June is truly very special. This luxurious and stylish villa has a heated private swimming pool and hot tub and additionally a panoramic sea view. On clear days, you can even see the island of Fuerteventura lying in the distance. Each bedroom has a sea view. On a lower terrace, there is a luxury barbecue with dining area. Comfortable sun loungers are placed around the swimming pool. The villa itself is all on one level and features plenty of natural light. Beautiful paintings hang on the walls and unique artworks are placed here and there. This holiday home is located in the exclusive villa neighbourhood of Los Mojones. From Villa June, you can walk directly to the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen with various restaurants and terraces.
In Puerto del Carmen, you will find three beautiful golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, located along the boulevard full of bars, restaurants and shops. A relatively less crowded beach in Puerto del Carmen is Playa de Pocillos where you have seas of space and therefore proportionally much more peace. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then transitions into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT OF VILLA JUNE
The lounge / dining room with air conditioning is a great space to relax and entertain. In the living room, there are two large comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV and a bluetooth music system. From the living room, you have a view of both the swimming pool and the sea behind it. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped and has sufficient workspace. The kitchen is among other things equipped with 2 electric ovens, an electric 4-burner hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In a separate utility room, you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and access to an outdoor drying area.
All bedrooms have a sea view. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet and French doors to the swimming pool and hot tub. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (pushed together but can be made up as a double bed) with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet and French doors to the swimming pool. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet and French doors to the swimming pool. Bedroom 4 has two single beds with French doors to the terrace. The fourth bathroom is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. All bedrooms also have air conditioning.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor living of this dream villa is perfect. From the infinity pool (heatable in winter months) you look out over the sea. The private swimming pool has a Roman step and there is a bench in the pool itself so you can comfortably enjoy sea views from your own pool. Besides a lovely lounge set, there is also a covered terrace with table tennis table and sufficient space around the pool to sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the spectacular view this villa has to offer. In the evening, the swimming pool is beautifully illuminated.
