VILLA GRACE IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
Villa Grace is a luxury villa with private heated pool located in Lanzarote in the exclusive villa area "Los Mojones" near the old harbor of the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen. Here you will find beautiful golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande along the boulevard with nice bars, restaurants and shops. Another beach but a little less busy is Playa de Pocillos. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on both beaches for rent. Water sports enthusiasts can also rent boats here snorkeling.
LAYOUT VILLA GRACE
Villa Grace is a wonderfully luxurious detached villa with a breathtakingly beautiful panoramic view. With no less than a heated private pool will you do not lack luxury and comfort. The two living rooms are very light and spacious with various sofas, television, DVD player, dining area and patio doors to the outside terrace. The kitchen in between both living rooms in is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, kettle, blender and plenty of utensils.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has one 2-person canopy bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and sink. In the bathroom of the master bedroom is a large bath with Jacuzzi. Wifi is available throughout the villa. All bedrooms also have air conditioning (for a fee).
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA GRACE
The outdoor life of Villa Grace really is perfect. On the huge outdoor terrace with lounge and dining table you can enjoy the first rays of sunlight in the morning. It covered outdoor terrace creates shade on hot days. Stroll through the beautiful tropical garden with nice lounge areas. The private pool (10 x 5 m, 0.80 - 2 m deep) is electrically heated in the winter months. An outdoor shower is also not lacking. You can grill delicious fresh fish on the barbecue. A ping pong table is also there. There is always room for your rental car in the quiet street in front of your villa, but there is also a parking space on site.

During July, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. And during August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Tuesday . During the other months, arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

What a fantastic place to spend a holiday!
We immediately had the "wow" factor upon arrival.
The house is cozy, spacious, and fully equipped, and the large terrace, garden (with plenty of privacy), and swimming pool complete the experience.

We immediately had the "wow" factor upon arrival. The house is cozy, spacious, and fully equipped, and the large terrace, garden (with plenty of privacy), and swimming pool complete the experience. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the supermarket and the boulevard. We rented bikes, which was a bit faster and more convenient because you have to cycle up and down hills. You can also enjoy cycling along the boulevard/coastline. Taking a taxithe bus to another village is also an option, and renting a car locally is inexpensive. We had a wonderful week at Villa Grace! We hope to return again, because it was simply PERFECT! |

Food Shop approx 5mins walk away and sells everything Got a taxi to new town and cost less then €4 We managed to get in the Villa early by speaking to the cleaners, who were done early, but if not then you can leave bags (well we were told we could) 4 bedrooms all with air con. Master bedroom has a memory foam mattress and very comfy. Other mattresses were harder, but a blanket (spare in wardrobes) under the sheet will fix this! Bathrooms and showers were great. And the plunge bath is perfect for a relaxing soak after a day in the sun Great tv with a few channels and plenty of spare DVDs for the kids provided! Wifi is great, was able to download a few programs for the journey home in no time! Two hair dryers in the villa Kitchen is very clean, modern and has everything needed...plenty of glasses and plates Didnt use the BBQ but again looks like it has what you need! The pool is great. Use the cover at night to preserve the heat for the next day. First day it was a bit chilly, but as days went on we needed it to escape the sun We used the outside space mainly which is huge and gives you a break from the sun. It's also protect from the winds that Lanzarote can get! Views were also lovely. Called the taxi number in the book and they took no longer then 5mins to arrive! This is a all round brilliant and picturesque villa. Yes it's in need of a bit of up keep in places, but no more then someone's own home is! We used the safe every day and the alarm is easy to set at night! I will definitely recommend and use again Thank you for offering out this gorgeous home! - Elisha

Given the location of the house in the middle of the island, we sometimes had some clouds in the morning. But the sky usually cleared during the day and the temperature stayed good because of this. Perfect to go out in the morning (hiking!) and in the afternoon to enjoy the house, garden and pool! We must say that we could not have asked for a better house for our family vacation. The house exceeded our expectations and the communication with you was friendly and efficient. Thank you for that! Many of our friends have commented on our vacation photos saying they were impressed with the house and we can totally agree. We will contact you again for next year!

Pool was heated, there is Wi-Fi, pool table, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and so on. If we ever go back to Lanzarote I would 100% stay here. Lies on a hill but most places in Lanzarote are on/against a hill.

Bij aankomst hadden we meteen al het "WoW-effect".
Het huis is knus, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en het grote terras, de tuin (met veel privacy) en zwembad maakt het helemaal af.

Bij aankomst hadden we meteen al het "WoW-effect". Het huis is knus, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en het grote terras, de tuin (met veel privacy) en zwembad maakt het helemaal af. De locatie van het huis is perfect, in een rustige wijk en op loopafstand van de supermarkt en de boulevard. Wij hebben fietsen gehuurd dat ging net iets sneller en is fijner omdat je heuveltje op heuveltje af moet. Ook kun je leuk langs de boulevard/kust fietsen. Een taxi of de bus nemen naar een ander dorpje is ook een optie en een auto ter plekke huren is niet duur. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in villa Grace! Wij hopen nog eens terug te komen, want eigenlijk was het gewoon PERFECT! |

We verbleven hier de tweede week van juli en vonden het geweldig. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar de oude haven van Puerto Del Carmen en slechts €3 terug in een taxi....plus een paar bars op de weg naar beneden! Supermarkt op ongeveer 5 minutensee more
We verbleven hier de tweede week van juli en vonden het geweldig. Het is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar de oude haven van Puerto Del Carmen en slechts €3 terug in een taxi....plus een paar bars op de weg naar beneden! Supermarkt op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen en verkoopt alles. We zijn erin geslaagd om vroeg in de villa te komen door met de schoonmakers te praten, die vroeg klaar waren, maar zo niet dan kun je tassen achterlaten (nou, ons werd verteld dat we dat konden). 4 slaapkamers allemaal met airconditioning. Master slaapkamer heeft een traagschuim matras en zeer comfortabel. Andere matrassen waren harder, maar een deken (reserve in kasten) onder het laken lost dit op! Badkamers en douches waren geweldig. En het dompelbad is perfect voor een ontspannende duik na een dag in de zon. Geweldige tv met een paar kanalen en voldoende reserve dvd's voor de kinderen! Wifi is geweldig, was in staat om een paar programma's te downloaden voor de reis naar huis in een mum van tijd! Twee haardrogers in de villa. Keuken is zeer schoon, modern en heeft alles wat nodig is ... genoeg glazen en borden. Heb de BBQ niet gebruikt, maar het lijkt erop dat het heeft wat je nodig hebt! Het zwembad is geweldig. Gebruik de afdekking 's nachts om de warmte te behouden voor de volgende dag. De eerste dag was het een beetje koud, maar naarmate de dagen verstreken hadden we het nodig om aan de zon te ontsnappen We gebruikten voornamelijk de buitenruimte die enorm is . Het beschermt je ook tegen de wind die op Lanzarote kan staan! Het uitzicht was ook prachtig. We belden het taxinummer in het boek en het duurde niet langer dan 5 minuten voordat ze er waren! Dit is een schitterende en pittoreske villa. Ja, het kan hier en daar wel wat opgeknapt worden, maar niet meer dan iemands eigen huis! We hebben de kluis elke dag gebruikt en het alarm is 's nachts gemakkelijk in te stellen! Ik zal het zeker aanbevelen en opnieuw gebruiken. Bedankt voor het aanbieden van dit prachtige huis! - Elisa

Villa Grace is echt een topplek. Geweldig veel ruimte, rust en privacy met een in alle opzichten schitterend uitzicht. Ook de eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons van vele goede tips en adviezen voorzien! Gezien de ligging van het huis in hesee more
Villa Grace is echt een topplek. Geweldig veel ruimte, rust en privacy met een in alle opzichten schitterend uitzicht. Ook de eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en heeft ons van vele goede tips en adviezen voorzien! Gezien de ligging van het huis in het midden op het eiland hadden we soms wat bewolking in de ochtend. Maar de lucht klaarde meestal in de loop van de dag op en de temperatuur bleef hierdoor goed. Prima om in de ochtend op pad (wandelen!) te gaan en in de middag van het huis, tuin en zwembad te genieten! We moeten zeggen dat we niet om een beter huis hadden kunnen vragen voor onze familievakantie. Het huis overtrof onze verwachtingen en de communicatie met jullie was vriendelijk en efficiënt. Bedankt hiervoor! Velen van onze vrienden hebben op onze vakantiefoto's gereageerd met de opmerking dat ze onder de indruk waren van het huis en dat kunnen wij volledig beamen. Voor volgend jaar nemen wij weer contact op!

Ik zal het voortaan moeilijk vinden om in een appartementencomplex vakantie te vieren na een vakantie deze heerlijke villa. Zwembad was verwarmd, er is Wi-Fi, een pooltafel, een barbecue, wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast, magnetron en ga zo maar door. Als we ooit teruggaan naar Lanzarote zou ik 100% hier blijven. Ligt op een heuvel maar de meeste plaatsen in Lanzarote zijn op/tegen een heuvel gelegen.

Villa Magnolia consists of two floors. The living room is spacious and includes a flat screen TV with satellite system and there is a DVD, CD player and bluetooth sound system. The patio doors open onto the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The living room has air conditioning. The kitchen offers everything you need including an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, including a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine.
There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, bidet and toilet and patio doors to a large balcony. Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is located on the top floor and has two single beds. The last bedroom is also on the upper floor and has a double bed and patio doors to the sun terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there are two further large family bathrooms with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
OUTDOORS OF VILLA MAGNOLIA
The outdoor living of Villa Magnolia is phenomenal. Take the stairs down from the terraces to the beautiful kidney-shaped pool in the tropical gardens with high walls, so you can enjoy the sun and relax in privacy. There are sunbeds around the pool. From the terrace you have beautiful views of the sea and Fuertaventura. The villa also has a hot tub and a pool table. In addition, there is a barbecue for al fresco dining.

There are no fixed arrival and departure days. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (under 2 years of age at the time of travel) can be added in the booking by paying the extra charge for a cot and/or high chair. If more babies travel with you, they count as persons. Please note: if your travel party consists of two babies or more, please include them as an extra person from the second baby onwards.

VILLA ESTRELLITA HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This modern ground-floor villa is equipped with plenty of comfort. In the garden, there is a heated private swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers around it. After a warm beach day, you can relax wonderfully in the hot tub. A billiards table is also present. You can walk to the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen with various restaurants and terraces in 15 minutes. Add to that the stylish interior and your stay at Villa Estrellita is complete. This holiday home is located in the beautiful and green villa neighbourhood of Los Mojones.
In the beautiful seaside resort of Puerto del Carmen, there are three golden sandy beaches. The largest beach is Playa Grande, located along the boulevard. A relatively less crowded beach is Playa de Pocillos, where you have seas of space and proportionally much more tranquility. The third beach called Playa de Matagorda extends to the airport and then transitions into Playa Honda.
LAYOUT OF VILLA ESTRELLITA
Villa Estrellita is entirely ground floor. The modern open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, including white built-in cupboards, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, cooking island with electric hob. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room is very spacious and open plan and is fully air-conditioned. In the living room you will find a large seating area with television. From the living room, there are French doors that provide plenty of light and also provide easy access to the swimming pool. Wifi is available in the villa. The dining area has a table with chairs for 8 people.
Villa Estrellita has four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet and French doors to the terrace by the swimming pool. Next to the ensuite bathroom, there is another separate bathroom. This is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, washbasin and toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor living at Villa Estellita is perfect. A covered terrace leads to soft grass surrounding the swimming pool. This space is furnished with a wooden terrace table and chairs and wooden loungers. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy dining outside. The villa has a beautiful private swimming pool (8 x 4m) and a hot tub for extra relaxation. There is also a rain shower to cool down if you don't feel like jumping into the pool.
