VILLA CUBE HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO DEL CARMEN
This modern holiday home has a heated private swimming pool and is located in the exclusive villa district 'Los Mojones' in the beautiful resort of Puerto del Carmen. The furniture both inside and outside is comfortable and modern. From the terraces, you can enjoy beautiful views. On the first floor, you look out over the sea. After a walk of about 20 minutes, you'll be in the authentic fishing harbour of Puerto del Carmen with quality fish restaurants. If you walk a bit further, you'll see cosy bars and restaurants along the long promenade. Along the enormous boulevard, there is a walking and cycling path where many people jog and cycle in the early hours. There are multiple sandy beaches; also with sunbed and parasol rental. Good bakeries are increasingly found in Puerto del Carmen.
VILLA CUBE LAYOUT
This holiday home consists of two floors. The living area is on the ground floor. Due to the large amount of glass, every room has plenty of natural light. The living room is modern and equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, a corner sofa and dining area for six people. The open kitchen has electric hobs, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and sufficient kitchen utensils. On the ground floor is one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. The second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also on the ground floor. All bedrooms in the villa have air conditioning.
From the first floor, you have a view over the sea and mountains. On this floor are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony. Villa Cube has an alarm, safe and air conditioning (hot/cold).
OUTDOOR LIVING
The villa is surrounded by walls made of lava stones. This beautifully contrasts with the white walls of the villa. The private swimming pool is heated in the winter months (November through April) (electric). Around the pool are sunbeds, a large dining table and a Weber barbecue. There is a private parking space next to the villa where you can easily park two cars.

Sandy beach 1 km, supermarket 450 m, shops-bars-restaurants 750 m, golf course 2.3 km, airport 10 km.

Arrival and departure days: every day of the week (bookings must connect or there must be at least 7 nights between them).
Important: 1 baby (younger than 2 years old at the time of travel) can be added for a fee for the use of a baby bed and/or high chair. If more babies are travelling, these count as persons. Note: if your travel group consists of two or more babies, count these from the second baby as an extra person.
