VILLA CALERO MARINA HOLIDAY HOME IN PUERTO CALERO
This stylish, modern three bedroom villa with private heated pool is located in the popular marina of Puerto Calero and offers you the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sun. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the Atlantic Ocean. There are good quality sunbeds around the private pool. Under the huge veranda it is nice and cool on hot days. In the winter months you are nicely sheltered here. Villa Calero Marina is located in a modern, quiet residential area, while within a few minutes you are on the promenade of Puerto Calero (500 m).

With its spacious marina and lively boulevard full of restaurants, shops and bars, Puerto Calero is a nice place to sit on a terrace. A number of restaurants serve very tasty food here. At cafe “Le Parissiene” they serve good coffee and cakes. Enjoying a day at the beach? Within a few minutes you can drive to Puerto del Carmen with three beautiful sandy beaches.

LAYOUT OF VILLA CALERO MARINA
Villa Calero Marina is a detached villa. You enter the hall through the double doors. From here you have access to the bedrooms and bathrooms on your left and the bright living room on your right. The patio doors from the lounge lead to the pool and garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa, armchair and smart TV (satellite). Air conditioning is also available here. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, freezer, refrigerator, etc.

Villa Calero Marina has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with toilet, double sink and bath. The second and third bedroom both have two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. In addition, there is a small fourth bathroom with a toilet, sink and washing machine. The entire villa has WiFi.

OUTDOORS AT VILLA CALERO MARINA
The outdoor kitchen is accessible from the terrace. Here is a spacious table with six chairs. The gas barbecue is outside. The pool terrace and part of the garden is completely fenced. Small children play on the covered veranda and cannot enter the pool unseen. Around the oval heated private swimming pool (8 x 3.5 m and 1.10 m deep) there are several sunbeds. You can sit comfortably in the shade on the veranda. For extra fun, there is a table tennis table available. From the roof terrace (for safety reasons only accessible to adults) you have a view of the blue ocean.

Villa Calero Marina is located in a quiet residential area of Puerto Calero. You can walk to the harbor and the small center in about 5 minutes. The marina has a small promenade with a wide selection of good restaurants, terraces, (designer) shops, bars and a weekly market. In the center you will find a supermarket with daily fresh bread, an ATM and a small kiosk with good coffee.
