VILLA RUBY HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
This partially switched holiday home is perfect for large groups! Villa Ruby has a heated private swimming pool and two delightful lounge areas. From the balcony with spacious lounge corner, you can look out over the volcanoes. There is a spacious dining area and a lounge bed around the swimming pool. Only 15-20 minutes walking from the centre of Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada beach and another 10 minutes from the exclusive Marina Rubicón. Both the Dorada beach and centre of Playa Blanca are within walking distance. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.
On the east side of Playa Blanca lies the Marina Rubicón marina. Besides naturally spotting beautiful yachts and boats, you can also shop extensively, practice water sports or enjoy good food and drink. Fresh fish, tender meat, delicious tapas, pizza from a stone oven or top-quality wine. There are numerous restaurants. We definitely recommend taking a local fish dish made from fresh catch. There are plenty of cosy little bars, mostly with live music. There are also a number of cocktail bars.
LAYOUT VILLA RUBY
Upon entering, you are in the wonderfully spacious living room with plenty of natural light on the first floor. There is a spacious corner sofa and three armchairs. The flatscreen television has IPTV and wifi. There is a dining area for six people and from the living room you can reach the spacious balcony with a lounge for 8 people. The kitchen is very complete with, among others, refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms (coin-operated system).
The ground floor is accessible via a separate external staircase (approximately 20 steps). Here is a second living room and second kitchen. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor, equipped with a double bed and two single beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA RUBY
The outdoor life of Villa Ruby is perfect! Large patio doors lead to the delightful lounge on the balcony. From here, you look out over the volcanoes. On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining area, barbecue, and comfortable lounge bed. Around the private swimming pool are sunbeds and an outdoor shower is also present. There is also a table tennis table. You can walk to Marina Rubicon harbour and Dorada beach. A beautiful sandy beach with clear water, perfect for snorkelling!

There are no fixed arrival and departure days. However, your booking must tie in with existing reservations, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights in high season and a minimum of 5 nights in other seasons between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
Important: 1 baby (younger than 2 years old at the time of travel) can be added for a fee for the use of a baby cot and/or high chair. If more babies are travelling, these will count as persons. Note: if your travel group consists of two or more babies, count these from the second baby as an extra person.

This lovely holiday home with sea views is located in the sun-drenched south of Lanzarote. Villa Rose I is perfect for families. LAYOUT OF VILLA ROSE I
The villa consists of two floors. You enter on the ground floor with a spacious hall and separate toilet with sink. The living room with dining area is bright and spacious, including a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of utensils. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, both with double beds and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, bidet, double sink and a shower in a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Down the stairs in the hall you reach the basement with two more bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds. The family bathroom has a double sink, toilet, separate shower and bath. A separate room has another seating area and pool table. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, as well as air conditioning. There is also a washing machine.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA ROSE I
From the ground floor, a small staircase (2 steps) leads to the barbecue with adjacent terrace. From the basement you can reach the swimming pool and whirlpool via a door via an outside staircase. Villa Rose I has several terraces with several nice sitting and lounge areas. There is an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a nice barbecue area. The pool is heated from October to April (24-25 degrees). Higher temperatures are possible for a fee. Around the private pool (7 x 3.5 m) are sunbeds (8 of them) and an outdoor shower is not lacking either. Villa Rose I has its own private parking space.

VILLA CIRUELA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
Villa Ciruela has beautiful sea views and is located in the quiet villa district of Los Altos. This fine holiday home has a private heated pool and is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. Villa Ciruela is modernly decorated using the colours of the sea. When you are barbecuing you look out over the sea, a unique place!
A short distance away (10-minute drive) is the centre of Playa Blanca with its many shops, restaurants and bars. Stroll along the marina and along the atmospheric promenade. Settle down at one of the many terraces or enjoy the child-friendly sandy beach Playa Flamingo. This is a fine sandy beach with a gently sloping seabed, clear blue water and sun beds and parasols for hire. The perfect place for snorkelling.
LAYOUT VILLA CIRUELA
The front door of the villa is located on the side of Villa Ciruela. Upon entering, on the right side of the hall you have the living room with open kitchen. There are two sofas, a Smart TV and direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. There is a separate room with washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed and direct access to the terrace. There is an ensuite bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a king-size double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 3 has a king-size double bed, wall-mounted television and access to the terrace. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA CIRUELA
Villa Ciruela has several fine terraces. There is a covered lounge terrace, a dining area with barbecue and a sun terrace with seating area and cushions to enjoy the sun while overlooking the sea. The private pool (7 x 4 m) is electrically heated from 1 November to 30 April. The pool has roman steps and an outdoor shower and sun beds are also provided. Near the villa there is parking space for two (rental) cars.
