VILLA RUBY HOLIDAYHOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
This semi-detached holiday home is perfect for large groups! Villa Ruby has a private heated pool and two lovely lounge areas. From the balcony with a generous lounge area you look out over the volcanoes. There is a generous dining area and lounge bed around the pool. You walk in 15 - 20 minutes to the port of Marina Rubicon full of restaurants, stores and terraces. The Dorada beach and center of Playa Blanca are also within walking distance. The ideal place for a relaxing vacation with friends or family.
On the east side of Playa Blanca is the Marina Rubicón marina. In addition to of course spotting magnificent yachts and boats, you can do plenty of shopping, water sports or good food and drink. Fresh fish, tender meat, delicious tapas, pizza from a stone oven or top quality wine. There are plenty of restaurants. We definitely recommend a local fish dish from daily fresh catch. There are a lot of cozy bars, many with live music. There are also a number of cocktail bars.
LAYOUT VILLA RUBY
Upon entering, you are in the wonderfully spacious living room with plenty of light on the first floor. There is a generous corner sofa and three armchairs. The flat-screen television has IPTV and wifi. There is a dining area for six and from the living room you reach the spacious balcony with lounge for 8. The kitchen is very complete with fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom on the second floor has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning (coin system).
The ground floor is accessed via a separate staircase from outside (about 20 steps). Here is a second living room and second kitchen. Bedroom 3 and 4 are on the first floor with a double bed and two single beds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA RUBY
The outdoor living at Villa Ruby is perfect! Large patio doors lead to the lovely lounge on the balcony. From here you look out over the volcanoes. On the first floor is a generous dining area, barbecue and fine lounge bed. Around the private pool are sun beds and an outdoor shower is also available. There is also a table tennis table. You walk straight to the Marina Rubicon harbor and the Dorada beach. A beautiful sandy beach with clear water, perfect for snorkeling!
