VILLA PAREJA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
Villa Pareja is perfect for two! This stylish villa has a heated private swimming pool and also has a whirlpool. Located in a quiet residential area in the sunny south of Lanzarote within a 5 minute walk of local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The center of Playa Blanca is a 5-minute drive away. The lighthouse with boulevard is a 5-minute walk away. From Villa Pareja you have a unique view of the mountain Montana Roja. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday with all the luxury and comfort within reach.
LAYOUT OF VILLA PAREJA
The living room is light and spacious with two comfortable sofas and a satellite television with various international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sufficient kitchen utensils, etc. Through the hall you reach the two bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and the other with two single beds . The bathroom has a large sink, bath, hairdryer and toilet. Wifi is available as well as a washing machine.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA PAREJA
The outdoor living of Villa Pareja is perfect. Through the patio doors you enter the terrace where you can enjoy shade under the pergola on sunny days. Further on is the heated private pool and whirlpool. There are sun beds around the pool and there is also an outdoor shower. Next to the outdoor dining area is the barbecue. There are also stand necessities such as a parasol, beach towels and snorkeling equipment. The private garden is completely walled. Villa Pareja has its own parking space in front of the villa.

We enjoyed from the first minute! Wonderful rental car was ready at Sunny Cars, and after picking up the car we contacted Suzanne that we were on the island, we were already allowed to come to the villa, everything was super clean and tidy! We lookedsee more

2023 January - I really enjoyed two weeks here for winter sun (and a bit of rain). Playa Blanca is about a 60-minute walk away, mostly flat. Well-stocked mini markets and good restaurants a 10-minute walk away. We ate only once at Port of Call (3 times), Faro 35 (twice) and Kamezi. All were different, but all were very good! The seafood at Port of Call was exceptional - the Fish and Chip specials were definitely a step up from a British takeaway! Kamezi - expensive yes, but really good if you like this kind of restaurant experience. Billbar for beer and sports - very friendly crowd.
The villa was clean, inside and out, comfortable and has everything you really need. The location was perfect for a couple in their mid-60s who want a quiet, relaxing time and some hiking - Montana Roja is an experience! Pool and hot tub were very nice. Lovely breakfast and lunch outside under the canopy, but a bit cold for evening dinner outside at this time of year. Exceptional support from Villa Manager, Suzanne. - Anthony |

Heerlijke huurauto stond klaar bij Sunny Cars, en na het ophalen van de auto hebben we Suzanne (beheerder Lanzarote) gecontact dat we op het eiland waren, we mochten al naar de villa komen, alles was super ssee more

2023 januari - Ik heb hier echt twee weken genoten voor de winterzon (en een beetje regen). Playa Blanca ligt op ongeveer 60 minuten lopen, voornamelijk vlak. Goed gevulde minimarkten en goede restaurants op 10 minuten lopen. We aten maar één keer bisee more

Goed gevulde minimarkten en goede restaurants op 10 minuten lopen. We aten maar één keer bij Port of Call (3 keer), Faro 35 (twee keer) en Kamezi. Alles was anders, maar alles was erg goed! De visgerechten bij Port of Call waren uitzonderlijk - de Fish and Chip specials waren zeker een stap hoger dan een Britse afhaalmaaltijd! Kamezi - duur ja, maar echt goed als je van dit soort restaurant-ervaring houdt. Billbar voor bier en sport - zeer vriendelijke menigte.
De villa was schoon, van binnen en van buiten, comfortabel en heeft alles wat je echt nodig hebt. De locatie was perfect voor een stel uit het midden van de 60 dat een rustige, ontspannende tijd wil en wat wil wandelen - Montana Roja is een ervaring! Zwembad en bubbelbad waren erg mooi. Heerlijk ontbijten en lunchen buiten onder het bladerdak, maar een beetje koud voor het avonddiner buiten in deze tijd van het jaar. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf. De villa is prachtig onderhouden en volledig uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor een fantastisch en ontspannen verblijf. Het gebied is echt rustig en perfect om langs de zee naar Playa Blanca te wandelen. Susee more
