VILLA MONTANA ROJA IN PLAYA BLANCA
This beautiful holiday home is situated in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca and features a heated private swimming pool and hot tub. The villa is located next to the Montana Rojo volcano. From a certain point, you can walk to the summit, where you can enjoy stunning views over Playa Blanca and the island of Fuerteventura in the distance.
Playa Blanca is the southernmost town on the island of Lanzarote. Around 4 km from your villa, you’ll find a pleasant promenade, the marina and the pedestrianised shopping street. For a lovely day at the beach, ‘Playa de Papagayo’ is definitely worth a visit. Here you’ll find crystal-clear water and a beautiful white sandy beach. Fancy an active day out? Then visit the unique Timanfaya National Park. In this nature reserve, you’ll learn all about the island’s volcanic origins.

Villa Montana is a modern villa with stylish décor. The spacious living room features an L-shaped sofa, internet TV with Dutch channels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There is a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) and a fridge-freezer. A separate room houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining room can be closed off with a sliding glass door. There are two bedrooms in total. The first bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet. This bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool and terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a lovely view of the swimming pool. The second bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. A safe is also provided.
OUTDOORS AT VILLA MONTANA ROJA
From the living room, you have direct access to the garden with its lovely terrace. Enjoy the sun on one of the sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. Or relax in the hot tub! There is also a stone barbecue for outdoor cooking, as well as an outdoor shower. You can park your hire car on the driveway. The villa is surrounded by a garden with artificial grass and palm trees.

The villa was perfect, we enjoyed the pool, air conditioning, cleanliness of the villa, fast responses and friendliness of our host. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive, great sunset right behind the villa only 5 minutes walk. I recommend this accsee more

Het ligt in een heerlijk rustige omgeving en dat is precies wat we wilden. Het is zeer goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf. Er is een wasmachine als je een was moet doen.

De villa was perfect, we hebben genoten van het zwembad, de airconditioning, de netheid van de villa, de snelle reacties en de vriendelijkheid van onze gastheer. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand ligt op 10 minuten rijden, geweldige zonsondergang direct achter de villa op slechts 5 minuten lopen. Ik zou deze accommodatie aanbevelen!
