VILLA FRESA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
This luxury holiday villa is perfect for families. Here you will experience plenty of comfort. Villa Fresa has a private heated pool and a hot tub. The balcony has a lovely lounge and from here you have beautiful sea views. Besides a nice outdoor terrace with bbq area, there is also a lava garden full of cacti. Faro Park with various shops and restaurants is at walking distance as is the sandy beach of Montana Roja.
Playa Blanca is the southernmost place on the island of Lanzarote. About 4 km from your villa you will find a pleasant promenade, the marina and the car-free shopping street. For a lovely day at the beach, 'Playa de Papagayo' is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find crystal-clear water and a beautiful white sandy beach. Want an active day out? Then visit the unique Timanfaya National Park. In this nature reserve, you will learn all about the volcanic origins of the island.
LAYOUT VILLA FRESA
The living room features two sofas and a smart TV. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. There is a breakfast bar and a separate room houses the washing machine. There is a second covered area with lounge and dining area. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and views of the pool. The second bathroom is marble with a washbasin. Toilet and bath with shower over it.
Via the marble staircase you reach the first floor with the third bedroom. This bedroom has a king-size double bed and access to the balcony. From the balcony you have a nice view of the sea and the mountains. Here is a seating area for two but there are also two sun beds, a nice place to sunbathe. The ensuite marble bathroom has a sink, toilet and bath with shower above it. A hairdryer is also provided.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA FRESA
Villa Fresa has a beautiful garden with several terraces where you can seek both shade and sun. Further away is the private pool with roman steps that can be heated from 1 October to 31 May. Around the pool are six sunbeds. To the side of the villa is a hot tub. The ideal place to relax. There is also a barbecue area.

Villa Cereza is a detached villa. Upon entering, you step into the hall. The living room has two sofas, a smart TV and dining area. You step out of this room onto the outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and breakfast bar. A washing machine and freezer are in a separate room.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms with two single beds. One of these bedrooms also has a smart TV and air conditioning. The other bedroom has a standing fan. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, toilet and sink. Via the stairs you reach the first floor with third bedroom equipped with a king-size double bed and direct access to the balcony overlooking the sea and the Montana Roja volcano. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin and also features air conditioning.

Villa Sandia feels like a lovely beach house with plenty of light and space. From almost every room, you can see the beautiful blue sea. The villa is stylish and modern and features a private heated pool. There is a spacious dining area and pool table under the canopy and a hot tub for maximum comfort. The centre of Playa Blanca is 5 km away. Yet there are several restaurants, bars and some small supermarkets within 5-10 minutes' walk.

There are two comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a generous dining area for six. The modern white kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is a washing machine in a separate room. There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed and another double bed (suitable for families, max 8 people, price on request). This bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, direct access to the terrace with swimming pool and an ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.
