CASA SIERRA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
Casa Sierra is a wonderful holiday home with a unique sea view and a heated private swimming pool. From your terrace and balconies you look out over the blue ocean. This holiday home is wonderfully light and spacious and has a modern interior. You can walk to the supermarket, a bar and the bus stop in 2 minutes. In 5 - 10 minutes you can walk to Marina Rubicon, the modern marina of Playa Blanca. You will find many beautiful shops here and you can also dine along the water in one of the many excellent restaurants. In the evening there is often live music, especially at the trendy bars that can also be found here.
The sandy beach Playa de las Coloradas is within walking distance. This is a small beach. The center and beautiful sandy beach of Playa Blanca is less than 3 km from Casa Sierra. Playa de Flamingo is also a popular beach for families with small children because of the calm water, fine sand and many facilities. Want to explore idyllic beaches? Then drive to Playas de Papagayo consisting of seven beaches. These beaches are also seen as the most beautiful beaches on the island. Not without reason. The sandy beaches are beautifully surrounded by cliffs of lava rock. They are sheltered by this and the water is brilliant blue.
LAYOUT OF CASA SIERRA
Casa Sierra consists of two floors. The living room is bright and spacious with air conditioning, sofa, armchair and a large smart TV with more than 150 international channels, video on demand and free wifi. The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, Nespresso, sufficient kitchen utensils, etc. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the ground floor is also a bedroom with a single bed and built-in wardrobes.
Via a fixed staircase you reach the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink. The other bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Both bedrooms have private balconies with beautiful ocean views. There is also a washing machine that you can use.
THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA SIERRA
The luxury of this holiday home is that there are three places from which you have a unique view of the ocean. Namely from your terrace on the ground floor and from both balconies from two bedrooms on the first floor. There is a heated private swimming pool with sunbeds all around. The dining table on the terrace is covered by a pergola and is the ideal place to start your day with a good breakfast. There is also a barbecue and private parking.

De bijkeuken bij de keuken voor het ophangen van handdoeken en eventueel wasgoed is een briljante aanvulling, maar in tegenstelling tot de rest van het huis, dat uitzonderlijk schoon was, was het erg stoffig en heeft het wat aandacht nodig.
