CASA RAINA VACATION HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
This fine casa offers all the comforts during your vacation. There is plenty of space and yet you will experience a cozy feeling here. The private heated pool is fully walled so you will experience plenty of privacy here. Enjoy a drink and a snack from the BBQ around the pool, rinse off under the outdoor shower or enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the roof terrace. From here you can see the island of Fuerteventura on a clear day! In short, a comfortable casa where you will feel at home.
Playa Blanca is the southernmost place on the island of Lanzarote. About a 20 minutes walk from your villa you will find a pleasant promenade, the marina and the car-free shopping street, supermarket Aldi a 10-minute walk from the villa.. For a wonderful day at the beach, 'Playa de Papagayo' is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find crystal clear water and a beautiful white sandy beach. Want an active outing? Then visit the unique Timanfaya National Park. In this nature reserve you will learn all about the volcanic origin of the island.

Casa Raina is on one level. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities such as an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, toaster and enough kitchen utensils. From the kitchen you enter the open-plan living and dining room. This has a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and television with international channels. Here there is an access to the conservatory through French doors. Access to the first bedroom is also through the conservatory. This bedroom has a double bed, a large built-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is free Wi-Fi in the entire casa.
OUTSIDE AT CASA RAINA
The outdoors at Casa Raina is a great place to be. The private pool (10.5 x 4.5m) can be heated throughout the year. There is plenty of privacy because the garden is completely enclosed by a wall. There are nice loungers around the pool for sunbathing. There is also an outdoor shower, barbecue and a cozy outdoor dining area.
Casa Raina has a roof terrace where you can enjoy the view over the mountains. In front of the casa there is place to park for free.

The Villa is exactly as in the photos, very beautiful, well maintained and cozy. The area is very quiet, despite being part of more cottages we did not have any kind of disturbance. The outdoor area with barbecue and pool is great.

De Villa is precies zoals op de foto's, heel mooi, goed onderhouden en gezellig. Het gebied is erg rustig, ondanks dat we deel uitmaken van een rij huisjes hadden we geen enkele overlast. De buitenruimte met barbecue en zwembad is fantastisch.

The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster and fridge freezer. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. From these bedrooms you have direct access to the pool and terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom has a window overlooking the pool. There is also a safe and washing machine.
OUTDOORS AT VILLA GRACIOSA
In the garden you can take a refreshing dip in the heated private swimming pool or enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds. In addition to a nice garden set, the terrace also has a stone barbecue. There is a communal swimming pool in the gated complex that you can use. Villa Graciosa has its own parking space. Around the villa is a lava garden with palms and cacti.
The popularity of the salt water pools is increasing. A saltwater swimming pool has many advantages over a swimming pool with chlorine such as no itchy skin, no red eyes and no bleaching effect on clothes and hair. The water from a saltwater pool feels soft and is also very clear.

VILLA MAIKA HOLIDAY HOME IN PLAYA BLANCA
Villa Maika is located just outside the center of the resort of Playa Blanca in a quiet and green residential area. This villa has private heated pool. This is the southernmost place on the island of Lanzarote. You walk within 20 minutes to the center of Playa Blanca with a cozy pedestrian boulevard, the marina and the pedestrian shopping street. On walking distance from your villa is also the supermarket, several cozy bars and an ATM.
LAYOUT OF VILLA MAIKA
Villa Maika has a heated private pool. The living room is light and spacious and has two sofas and satellite television with Dutch channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, oven, french press, microwave, washing machine and sufficient kitchen utensils. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one Double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Furthermore, the second bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Also in the entire villa wifi available. The spacious outdoor terrace has the garden furniture and barbecue. The wooden pergola creates plenty of shade. On the sunbeds around the private pool you can relax with a good book. The private pool is wonderfully heated. This is particularly recommended in the winter months.
