FINCA SANTA ANA HOLIDAY HOME IN OJÉN
This detached finca in Andalusia with private pool (4.5 x 2.5 m) and view over the mountains and the sea is the ideal place to enjoy some peace and quiet. Finca Santa Ana is located in a beautiful green area just outside the picturesque village of Ojén. The holiday home has terraces on all sides, so you can always find a place in the sun or in the shade. There is also a garden with lemon and orange trees, olives, avocado, fig and grape trees. Children can use the large trampoline on the lawn. You can walk (8 min.) to the centre of 'pueblo blanco' Ojén. Around the square when the sun goes down you can enjoy delicious tapas. There are several bars and restaurants.
From the finca you can easily drive in various directions. Marbella and it's beautiful beaches are a 10 min. drive away. Cities such as Malaga, Cordoba, Ronda, Gibraltar or Tarifa can also be visited in a day. Golf enthusiasts can also indulge themselves in Finca Santa Ana. There are no fewer than 50 golf courses nearby in Costa del Golf.
LAYOUT OF FINCA SANTA ANA
Finca Santa Ana is all on one level. There are a few stairs to reach the villa. The living room has a smart television with almost all Dutch, English, Belgian and German channels. There is also a sitting area and dining area and the living room offers access to a terrace. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for an adult or two children (160cm). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes amongst other things a spacious refrigerator with chilled filtered water, microwave, oven, coffee machine Delonghi (works with coffee beans) and a dishwasher. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed and is situated in the garden house across the terace. Bathroom 1 has a shower, sink and toilet. Bathroom 2 has a sink and toilet. Bathroom 3 is also equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Finca Santa Ana is equipped with wifi and air conditioning. In the living room and in the bedrooms is airconditioning that can be used during winter and summer (warm and cold). The third bedroom is located on the other side of the terrace, so with privacy. It is also equipped with its own smart TV, WiFi amplifier and airconditioning.
OUTDOORS OF FINCA SANTA ANA
The outdoor life of Finca Santa Ana is fantastic. Next to the private swimming pool (4.5 x 2.5 m), there are sunbeds on the lawn. The holiday home has terraces on all sides, so you can always find a spot in the sun or shade. There are also several fruit trees on the property and there is a trampoline. Moreover, you can walk to the centre of the village of Ojén within 8 minutes.

What a great vacation we had in this finca. Everything was right! From the house itself, to the surroundings/village, the space around and certainly Ton and Helga themselves. We could not have wished for a nicer vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation! The finca is beautiful, a great garden, fruit trees, several terraces and lounges, lots of privacy and in the middle of with hills. Our toddler had a great time in the (fenced) garden, all the nice little stairs and the tsee more
We had a wonderful vacation! The finca is beautiful, a great garden, fruit trees, several terraces and lounges, lots of privacy and in the middle of with hills. Our toddler had a great time in the (fenced) garden, all the nice little stairs and the trampoline. And we could enjoy the terraces in the garden - perfect! The owners Ton & Helga are very friendly and go out of their way to make the stay to your liking. We found Ojen a surprisingly nice village, and Marbella and Malaga are also top for a day trip. This finca is definitely recommended - in the middle of nature, but with the Spanish conviviality very close by. We would love to come back again. - Sara

We had a wonderful time at Finca Santa Ana. We received a very friendly and welcoming welcome. It is a beautiful house with great terraces, our little girl loved the trampoline and we enjoyed eating from the plancha under the vines.

This is a fantastic house with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. 3 nice bedrooms each with its own bathroom with fine shower. A large kitchen with everything you could wish for to cook yourself (if you feel like it, because in the village are fine restaurants!). A small sitting room with a TV with all the channels you can imagine.
Because of the nice weather we only stayed outside and there too everything is there! A lovely terrace with lounge sofa to sit in the sun with next to it a large table for breakfast. A garden with trampoline and sunbeds to enjoy the sun under the tangerine tree. A small pool that is great for cooling off. And then a terrace with barbecue where we could still enjoy the sun in the evening. The bakery and a small supermarket are a 5-minute walk away (a tough climb though!). No desire to cook: in the village (which is beautifully situated 15 minutes drive from Marbella) are several restaurants where you can eat good food for a normal price (our favorite was Pincho's y Chocolate). A day at the beach: you drive in 15 minutes to a parking garage 2 min walk from the beach and the old center of Marbella. Hiking: shoes on and walka short drive for a nice hike in the mountains. In addition to all this, we received several tips from Ton and Helga that made our stay even more enjoyable. Problems: you call and it is so arranged! In short: we will definitely go back! - Huub |

Wat hebben wij een fijne vakantie gehad in deze finca. Alles klopt! Van het huis zelf, tot de omgeving/het dorpje, de ruimte rondom en zeker Ton en Helga zelf. We hadden ons geen fijnere vakantie kunnen wensen.

Heel prettig contact gehad, we zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar die na heel uitgebreid een rondleiding gaf en vertelde wat er allemaal te doen was in de buurt. Mooi plekje, alleen heel veel blaffende honden in de nacht. Het is een heerlijk huis midden tussen de Spanjaarden en op loopafstand van het gezellige Ojen.

Dit is een fantastisch huis met alles erop en eraan voor een heerlijke vakantie. 3 mooie slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer met fijne douche. Een grote keuken met alles wat je je kunt wensen om zelf te koken (als je daar zin in hebt, want in het see more
Dit is een fantastisch huis met alles erop en eraan voor een heerlijke vakantie. 3 mooie slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer met fijne douche. Een grote keuken met alles wat je je kunt wensen om zelf te koken (als je daar zin in hebt, want in het dorp zijn prima restaurantjes!). Een kleine zitkamer met een tv met alle zenders die je je kunt bedenken.
Door het mooie weer hebben wij alleen buiten vertoefd en ook daar is alles aanwezig! Een heerlijk terras met loungebank om in de zon te zitten met daarnaast een grote tafel om te ontbijten. Een tuin met trampoline en ligbedden om onder de mandarijnenboom van de zon te genieten. Een klein zwembad dat heerlijk is om even af te koelen. En dan nog een terras met barbecue waar we ‘s avonds nog van de zon konden genieten. De bakker en een kleine supermarkt zijn op 5 minuten lopen (wel een stevige klim!). Geen zin om te koken: in het dorpje (dat schitterend ligt op 15 min rijden van Marbella) zijn diverse restaurantjes waar je voor een normale prijs lekker kunt eten (onze favoriet was Pincho’s y Chocolate). Een dagje strand: je rijdt in 15 minuten rijdt je naar een parkeergarage op 2 min lopen van het strand en het oude centrum van Marbella. Wandelen: schoenen aan en lopen of een klein stukje rijden voor een mooie wandeling in de bergen. Naast dit alles kregen we nog diverse tips van Ton en Helga die ons verblijf nog aangenamer hebben gemaakt. Problemen: je belt en het is zo geregeld!
