This detached villa with a heated private swimming pool (infinity pool) is hidden between the pine trees and cypresses in the hinterland of Nidri. The unique panoramic view makes Villa Gabriella a pearl you won't want to leave. During the day you will continue to marvel at the time and again changing colors. From the terrace you have a unique view over the sea and the island of Meganisi. Here you experience complete privacy. The nearest beach is less than 10 min drive. Relax in the hot tub or read a book in the covered pergola with lovely lounge areas.
LAYOUT VILLA GABRIELLA
Villa Gabriella is equipped with every comfort and luxury. The spacious living room has air conditioning, fireplace, satellite television (42”), sitting area and bluetooth boxes. The open kitchen has a granite top, American fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. There are four spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. There are three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom with bath, double washbasin and toilet and direct access to the terrace and a path to the pool which makes it also suitable for people with limited mobility. One bedroom upstairs also has a balcony with seating and comfortable lounge beds. Two en-suite bathrooms have a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. The other two bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. All bathrooms have marble or granite tops. There is central heating in the villa. There is also a washing machine, alarm system, safe and wifi. There are various books, games and DVDs in the villa that guests can use. The villa is fenced and has an electric entrance gate. You can easily park 4 cars at the villa.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA GABRIELLA IN NYDRI
The outdoor living of Villa Gabriella is perfect. Surrounding the villa are beautiful gardens full of flowers, olive trees and lemon trees. There is a barbecue and dining table with space for 8 people. There is also a herb garden, picking is allowed! You can enjoy beautiful stargazing here because there is hardly any air pollution in the vicinity. The private swimming pool (7 x 5 m) / infinity pool is heated by means of 22 solar panels, so that the temperature of the water is 23-24 degrees, a pleasant swimming temperature. On the spacious terrace (100 m2) there are 6 sunbeds, two beanbags and a large wooden pergola with lounge. In addition, there is a separate room downstairs by the pool with shower and toilet. From the whirlpool for 6 people you have a unique panoramic view of the sea.
