Villa Vista Azul is a modern, detached three-bedroom villa offering a perfect base for beach lovers. Just 7 minutes' walk and you are already on Burriana beach; within 15 minutes you can walk to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. The villa is located in a prestigious area with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
LAYOUT VILLA VISTA AZUL
On the first floor is the stylish, open-plan living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free Wi-Fi, and a TV with international channels. There are terraces on either side: one overlooking the pool terrace, the other at the front with beautiful views of the mountains and the Mediterranean. A staircase from the kitchen leads to a roof terrace with spectacular views over the city, sea and mountains.
Villa Vista Azul features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and French doors to the pool. The other two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom on the ground floor and have direct access to the sunny front terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned.
OUTDOOR LIVING VILLA VISTA AZUL
Outdoor living at Villa Vista Azul is truly fantastic. Outside you will find a private pool (5.45 x 2.45 m and 1.25 - 1.35 m deep), a large terrace with sun beds, a barbecue and an outdoor fire pit. The villa has private parking for one car. In addition to the large terrace surrounding the private pool, there are several seats and loungers. From the terrace you can enjoy the views of the mountains and, between the palm trees, the sea. The quiet atmosphere around the pool terrace makes this a lovely place to relax after a day at the beach or a stroll through the historic centre of Nerja.

Villa La Hacienda is a terraced holiday home that is perfect for beach lovers. The beautiful golden yellow beach of Burriana is just 350 metres (15 min walk) away. You can walk there easily. From your terrace with heated private swimming pool (plunge pool) you have a unique sea view. In addition, there is an enclosed communal swimming pool that you can use. Villa La Hacienda is a terraced villa, located in the La Hacienda neighbourhood which has recently been completely renovated. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen. From the living room, you step onto the spectacular terrace with a view of Burriana beach. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and a bedroom with two single beds (180 x 80 cm). On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with double sink, bath and shower above. There is also wifi, air conditioning, and a washing machine present.
OUTDOOR LIVING VILLA LA HACIENDA
Your own private terrace has a dining area with sea view and a delightful heated swimming pool (plunge pool 2 x 1 m). This holiday home is perfect for families with children. There is a fenced communal swimming pool (8 x 6 m, depth 0.55 – 1.85 m) with a spacious lawn around it. The inner garden is enclosed so that children cannot easily run onto the street. The communal swimming pool is open all year round from 09:00 – 21:00.

Villa Burriana is a corner house and is partly attached. A wonderful holiday home for beach lovers. The beautiful golden beach of Burriana is only 200 meters from the villa (9 min. walk). You can easily walk here. You have a unique view of the sea from your terrace. After a day at the beach, take a dip in your private pool. You can walk to many nice terraces and restaurants. Sandy beaches, azure blue sea and summer sun as far as the eye can see, and plenty of culture in the area. The viewpoint "Balcon de Europa" and the attractive old town of Nerja are 1.2 km (30 min. walk) from the villa.
In the historic centre of Nerja, you will find old beautiful houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillaea and Moorish gates that give access to covered alleys between the houses. Do not forget to visit the viewpoint 'Balcon de Europa' from where you have a particularly beautiful view of the city. The outdoor life of Villa Burriana is perfect.
