VILLA LAS PALMERAS HOLIDAYHOME IN NERJA
This beautiful, newly built villa is set in the heart of Nerja. Located in a prestigious residential area, Villa Las Palmeras is only an 8-minute walk from Burriana Beach. The villa is stylishly decorated and equipped with every comfort. In the garden you can relax around the private pool (6x3m) and prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue. The various terraces allow you to choose between sun and shade. A lovely place to unwind. Within walking distance of Villa Las Palmeras you will find not only the beach, but also the historic centre of Nerja (15 min), Balcón de Europa (15 min) and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
Nerja's historic centre is full of ambience: beautiful old houses, terraces with hammocks and balconies, winding streets full of bougainvillea and Moorish gates giving access to covered alleys. A visit to the ´Balcon de Europa´ viewpoint is an absolute must, offering panoramic views over the city. The hilly, green hinterland is also worth a visit, such as the picturesque white mountain village of Frigiliana.
Villa Las Palmeras (sleeps 6) can be rented in combination with Villa Valeria (sleeps 8), which is attached to Villa Las Palmeras. There is even a door connecting the pool terraces of the two villas. Together, these villas can accommodate 14 guests. Ideal for larger groups.
LAYOUT VILLA LAS PALMERAS
Villa Las Palmeras consists of two floors, of which the ground floor is a few steps above ground level; the front door can be reached via a staircase. On this floor you will find a living and dining room with satellite TV and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and luxuriously equipped with oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), kettle, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The room looks modern and attractively decorated. Large sliding glass doors give access to a terrace with lounge set and large dining table, which is connected to the garden. From the kitchen, you can walk straight onto the terrace for a delicious alfresco dinner. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you have access to a large sun terrace. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have twin beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Bedroom 2 opens onto the same sun terrace. From here, a spiral staircase leads to a roof terrace, from where you have spectacular views over the city, sea and mountains.
The entire house is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning.
PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA LAS PALMERAS
Villa Las Palmeras has several terraces spread over the floors. Besides the roof terrace and the terrace of the ground floor (covered) and first floor (open), there is also a garden with spacious private pool (6x3m). Around the pool, there are sunbeds on which you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long. There is also a parasol here. From the garden, stairs lead up to the ground-floor terrace. This terrace connects the garden with the house and offers a nice lounge area. The garden of Villa Las Palmeras offers both sunny and shady spots, so there is something for everyone. Just settle down in one of the lounge areas and completely unwind. Want to explore the area by car? No problem, at the front of the villa there is space for private off-street parking.
Villa Las Palmeras is right next to the golden yellow Burriana Beach. This is one of the Costa del Sol's most popular beaches. Burriana Beach is located in a wide bay. The sandy beach is also safe and fun for small children, as there is playground equipment on the beach. In addition, you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas as well as pedal boats here. Along the beach is a beautiful promenade with palm trees on one side and beach bars on the other.

We vonden het geweldig... buitenruimte & zwembad waren perfect voor ons gezin van 3...
Slaapkamers, badkamers waren van goede grootte en zeer schoon... bedden waren zooooo see more
